Is there a way to enable sleep2wake on any kernels? I liked the AntraX kernel but it disables my 3d camera support. How hard is it to enable/inject a script in to a kernel to allow the use of s2w.

No. Not until [if] HTC release updated kernel sources for the GSM HTC Hero and then not until kernel modders manage to create a kernel capable of overclocking. This has been discussed before.
Just wondering, I always liked the Espresso Rosie Ports on the OG EVO and perfered the setup of the My touch 4g UI rather than the Sense on the EVO series. I know theyre both sense ui, but if any developer have seen the preview from the Amaze 4g its sick. I've seen posts on XDA on changing the 5MP camera to 8 MP in a flashable mod, and have personal overclocked (well flashed a kernel not developed myself) to 2.0 GHZ, the Amaze is rocking a 1.5 GHZ. So in theory if we had a kernel that was at 1.5 and had a camera that was modded to 8MP, remapped the search button to the Genius overlay and ported the Espresso UI from the AMAZE then we would inturn have an Amaze 3d 4g hybrid. If anyone can look into making this happen I would be more than happy to donate to them. I will be willing to throw 50 bucks to them and beta test as much as they would like. It's sad that I flash several roms (current being MYN's ) everyday and am never happy. Let me know if this can happen, I know our processors are just 3rd Gen Dual Core snapdragons and the Amaze is rocking a s3 1.5 GHZ snapdragon but i can't see the architecture or actual technology be anything more than just a higher clock frequency. Then again I've got dual degrees in Computer Information Systems, not mobile electronics engineering so I might be talking out my ass, who knows! Let me know if this is possible and we can make this happen.
What is the best Overclocking tool/mod for my EVO 3D GSM device? I have rooted many android phones but am wondering what would be the best recommended overclock for this device?

i`m running crypt0`s ruu on my e3d and so far it`s great! no random reeboots, optional dual core support and my homescreen scrolling is silky smooth even with every screen occupied by an intensive widget. the rom also has more features. i would recommend kamma`s kernel for the lag free governor or chad`s anthrax kernel for features. however the decision is up to you
what is your battery life for this , if i may ask ?
The newest out there is leedrroid 5 for the stock sense u are used to. I would recommend that rom. Loads of extra tweaks

Can you get the evo 3d to have zero shutter lag?Can you do this bi modding the software?
I had both the Sensation and the Evo and I can confirm that Evo is more laggy than the sensation when taking photos?did anyone experience this also?
This is normal. Some devs tried implementing zero shutter lag but it didn't go anywhere. With 1 kernel that seems to not be allowed here improved the speed... We have found that the lag is pretty minimal if you turn off the camera review - as in you would have to open the pic separately to view it.
