Change Microphone/Speaker Level in JB ? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello
I've upgraded to jelly bean, there is two annoying problems that I believe can solve them easily. but i dont know how.
First problem is , Video recording has much noise , I think its due to high microphone sensivity. Is there any way to calibrate o change its level?
Second problem is , Speker volume in Jelly bean is too low and it causes some problem for ringign and allarm. is there any way to change its level?
I read in some threads that there are some CSV files located at /system/etc that we can change microhpone and speaker level. but I cant find in JB.
and another configuration file named asound.conf that we can specify sound level in dB , but i'm afraid that it cause high voltage , and high current subsequently and cause speaker be corrupted..
Do you have another standard suggestion or solution?
Thank you

Moderatros , can you please move this thread to general forum?
Edit:
Moved. Thank you

Any idea?

[Q] Boost microphone level

Is there a way to increase the mic level on the S3? Many people told me to speak louder and it's a bit frustrating. (I searched on the forum, but wasn't able to find anything regarding the mic level)
Thanks.
Research the default gain .conf file and app .

found some threads, but none for S3...or I'm blind and not figuring it out which one refers to what I'm interested.

I've also been searching for a way to fix the low headphone volume, sadly to no avail. There seems to be a number of mixer_path_*.xml files that contain the settings for the audio, but nothing obvious like the other huawei devices to increase the gain solely on the headphones.
Hoping someone else has more luck and/or patience than I in finding a resolution.

Quick update, I've found which of the mixer_volumes_*.xml files my Honor 9 (STF-L09, UK) uses for the volume options; got this by removing them all from /product/etc/audio/hi6403 and putting each xml file back one by one.
EDIT: forgot which XML it was mixer_volumes_STF-Oversea_ce
Now just need to go through the XML file and see what of the options are available for the headphones, will keep you posted.
