Kindly check the below links, You will find info about zRam which is better than Swap Partition and it will not affect on anything in ur phone, Just performance according to the zRam configuration... I wish they will be helpful

Have you guys tried SD Booster yet? Seems to increase read write speed by 10% or atleast when I run SD Tools to run the test. I already have a class 10 but I dont mind the extra increase lol.

First you need to be rooted. Then set cache size to 2048 or higher. Hit apply and thats it. I've read in the Market some going as high as 8096 but I'm good with 2048.
Is there any way to increase SD card speed?? I found a script for Samsung galaxy 3 but I want to know weather such a scrip is there?? ) please help

Actually I flashed CM9.1 RC2 by maclaw without using PC...
If I flash this kernel there are chances of me bricking my ace....

no if u use the kernel for ICS then u will be fine it wont brick ur phone,, make sure you mount system before flashing
nims' kernel on CM9 RC2 is running great! I'm using it for a week now and I noticed no problems yet. Sometimtes WiFi doesn't turn on.
And you have to check before flashing if there is enough free space in /system, or some modules (like wifi) won't work! But nims wrote that in his thread too.

As nims mentioned to clear some 5-6 Mb of data from system before flashing....

If you don't need CMWallpapers, you can delete it with root explorer from /system/app ! CMWallpapers is one of the biggest apps (~7MB) and is not really neccessary! If you need the wallpapers you could just extract them from the .apk (therefore you can use rootexplorer, too.)
I don't know why you want to mount /data...

Click on Mount R/W at top right it'll change to Mount R/O
Then you can delete it...

That's already okay. Just use Smartassv2 or Lagfree as Governor. Also check set on boot.

You can move some User apps to SD card, clear all apps cache!!!

Dude it's really easy
1) Open Link2SD
2) Click on Filter icon on the right-top corner(First Icon)
3) Click on 'On Internal'
4) Now you will find all apps that are on your phone's internal memory just click on which you want to move and click move to SD Card and ok.

Make two partition to ur SD Card, first. There are a lot of literature about how to do it. Just google it.
Then install Link2SD. Click Create Mount Script. Restart. And then u can link any apps you want to the partition u created earlier.

Bro some things i like 2 let u know
1- Stock samsung kernel or most of stock kernel dont give swap support enabled in there kernel
2-if u r using any kind of swap script or app as u said ram manager pro i tried n notic that this phone is also not having any kind of swap support.
3-even if u create it will Allocate the space on your memory card am also having 64 gb class 10 sdcard but it will just eat ur space and create a blank swp file but at the time of mount command it will not mount if you c your memory info u will c that swap file free 0 used 0 bec its unable to mount because the kernel dosenot have swap support so u better disable that bec ur just wasting ur disk space.. :good: btw note 3 neo is having 3gb ram and the pre cnfig OOM values are perfect 2 the phone so i prefer to remove that app bec its not suitable 4 our phone else up 2 u :angel:
