The device took a very slight knock, im talking about falling off a bedside table at about 1 foot high.
I have tried removing the battery for 10 min and replacing.
I have tried a factory reset.
I have tried updating the firmware through kies.
Has anyone got any ideas as the phone is only a month old and its my wifes, the phone is not rooted by the way.
Any and all help is much appreciated.

Using an Electrify that's been running AOKP builds for a while I started getting an odd problem with charging the battery. I always charge it from my pc and it always goes above 100 percent. Is this a problem? I tried running it down to nothing and charging it back up and I reset the battery in recovery, but it still keeps going past 100. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal? It's driving me nuts. I attached a picture of todays "high" charge.

Suddenly the phone locks up and when I reboot, by removing the battery, There is a 10% loss in battery-capacity.
Yesterday, after this happened, there is also a strange drop in the curve. Looks like a stair...
many thanks
Hi guys
My brother picked up a galaxy s3 cheap last week and this message stays on the screen. Also the any sim card he puts in it doesn't work.
It looks like someone has done something to root/rom it. Can anyone help me get it to the standard samsung rom?

I didn't damage my screen or anything. Was working perfectly an hour ago. Is there any way to fix this myself?
Someone on youtube repaired a p20 with the same issue but he replaced a data filter. I dont know if this can be done at home by a complete amateur.

Hi guys,
Every morning I can see that my tablet rebooted overnight. It looks like it ran in some problem and reboots, but it never happened during the day. It is really annoying. Planned reboot is turned off, so I don't know what is the cause of this problem. Anyone who is facing the same problem?
Have you enabled Automation in Battery and Device Care?
