Download the Rom use a file explorer like root explorer, extract the apks you need then push to your system app folder with correct permissions
Or easier then that flash the Rom

Boot to CWM

Wipe dalvik Cache & Cache Partition
Go to settings > apps > all apps and clear data of Walkman & SoundEnhancement
Problems
You can't choose xLoud/Clearphase from SoundEnhancements, activate xLoud via Settings
