i've used this for 8 months already,
it does not increase media scan,
it just increases buffer size of transfer rates

a suggestion:after many tests with it and without it on a custom kernel with tweaks like kuro onepack etc. i can say the app is complete useless.i have test it with sd tools and the speed was the same.i think its only usefull when on stockkernel without anything.
i agree with CALIBAN!
most of the tweaks posted on XDA like Andrenaline have this feature already.. but it can be usefull for stock kernel that has no init.d support..
Sent from my Android System using Busybox Command.
cool!!
Guys currently I am on stock rom.
I give it a go and it works.
Previously it used to take around 15 sec to scan.
Now it takes only 4-5 sec.
Isn't that cool...????

As using Xperia P fron the last 4 months, I strongly believe that there shud be a tweak for App Drawer to make it respond faster and scrolling to another page smooth and lagg free....
Sometimes, when u use ur fone at normal multitasking or with no tasking, App Drawer Produce some LAGGS, and scrolling to other page get slower for sec and then get normal after some time.....
If anybody have same or somehow, like this problem, post it over here for Developers to make a set of tweaks for it to respond as fast as smooth.....
Thank You...

1. it depends, some apps work as usual..
but some may fc, in that case try cleaning app data, if still fc, convert them back to sys app
2. no u should not convert them back to sys app or else greenify won't hibernate them..
It's really work

Any update?
So, Wi-Fi sleep bug preventing you from using AOSP JB 4.1 based ROMs? That was the case with me, I was sad that I was missing out on such a great platform due to one bug. After a lot of running around, here's a good, almost permanent workaround.
1. Flash your AOSP JB 4.1 ROM, GAPPS and all
2. Download "Advanced WiFi Lock" app from Play Store
3. Open it and activate it
4. Voila, WiFi no longer will disconnect when phone goes to sleep
Should solve the sleep problem on all ROMs
Warning-
1. This may/may not take up more battery, I found no significant difference. Its a small price to pay for solving this bug
Credits- @Sala1988 for suggesting it

Isn't it possible to watch what the App is doing and then use this informations to really fix (without 3rd Party Apps) the sleep problem?
Sent with my SEXRay on SJB v7
The app actually creates a minor wake lock, so it doesn't actually fix the issue but merely prevents the circumstances that cause the bug to appear.
