Go to apps open bmm then press uninstall, this will uninstall the recovery, then you can uninstall bmm app,

I think the v3 or v0.3, but bmm was installed with a rom, because I never install this, I had the Razrbootstraper but I flash the rom Pegazus appeared bmm

What patch are you talking about? Btw SGSII is based on stock 2.3.6 while CM is..well CM.

If you read the description of the patch you can see that he made it for CM7 by taking an example from the Samsung stock rom. Well SGSII is already based on a stock rom so the feature is there already.
Yes,I think the same but a few months after I used it in Kq8 and I haven't any problem; how SGSII is based on this stock maybe it's posible used it. Regards

Just a little question: to restore a ROM with CWM, I just need go in restore and select the backup? I don't need clear data, or make factory reset?

No, that's not necessary, but it doesn't hurt to wipe before you restore.
