Programmer needed for full functionality of BB Messenger on a Windows Mobile Device

Brief Introduction:
BlackBerry Connect allows you to have access to the BlackBerry's push e-mail functions as well as receive BlackBerry Messenger IMs from BlackBerry users. This program does not allow you to send new IMs from your device.
BlackBerry Application Suite (BAS) allows you to run a virtual BlackBerry on your Windows Mobile device. This allows you to access the functions of many BlackBerry applications including BlackBerry Messenger, but is currently being testing on on GSM models.
Now, my main goal is to find someone that can allow BlackBerry Messenger to have full functionality on a Windows Mobile CDMA device. I don't care about any other application.
Can anybody take on this project and succeed? Theoretically it is possible we just need someone with the knowledge to do it.
Who can help out the many that are unable to help themselves?
bump any news on this?

I believe this would require someone at RIM to be involved as you would need a BlackBerry PIN number, which would get you access to their server. There is an app out there which allows you to receive BB messages but other than what has been developed by RIM nothing I am aware of that will allow you to send.
It's not possible on any non-RIM device.
The PIN you get when you sign up for bb-connect is only used an as a means of identifying your account in the RIM provisioning tool.

HERE(Free Send GPS Location via SMS or Email base google map link)

HERE is a free Send GPS Location Application.
You can use it to find your location, then lets you send a link with that location to a friend,
family member, business associate and so on.
When the intended recipient receives the link, they can click on it to open a dynamic map
that displays your location in real-time.
Rather than being yet another social network that you have to fill out a profile for,
invite friends, and all the other usual hassles,
It requires no registration or login.
senders and receivers can zoom in zoom out map,
and change map type, include roadmap satellite terrain hybrid.
what such a great work ... thank you

how do you feel about it by others?
Nice and useful app. I like knowing that it doesn't require registration. Oh, and I've posted it to the XDA portal.

[Q] HELP - how to create a android video chat app

Hello,
I am trying to build an android application that included a live video chat function. Users will log in, select the person they want to chat with and connect. Then once the call has finished they will be requested to complete a form providing feedback.
This is just one function of the app so I am worried about using these sites that provide the service of video chat as I would need to be able to incorporate it in to the app as appose to that being the only function of the app. In many ways the app will function a lot like skype in that all users will have a profile. But I would like the option of having ‘1 to many’ calls not just ‘1 to 1’.
I am a complete novice. Please could you advise me how I would go about creating this? What software to use to build my app (preferably free) what server system I would need to use etc.
I do hope you can help.

[Q] Is secure to use device's IMEI to authenticate it in web service?

Hi. I'm glad to finally be here.
Let me explain the context of my question. I'm designing an application in Android that works consuming a web service. For all inquiries carried out to that web service, you must authenticate to each perform.:silly:
I tried to use SSL certificates for greater security, but at the moment it is too advanced for me just knowing how to create a certificate, then install it on the server and on the client and the connection between them that way (If anyone has a tutorial will be welcome).
For now, I managed to connect via http without any protection. To authenticate the device that performs, IMEI shipping plus a random password (created in the registry).
Well, my question is whether this is an acceptable way or is there more optimal way that take care information that those using the app.
Thank you very much for your help, since I have no one else to turn.
