Tun.ko is only meant for packet reception and transmission..so what would u do wid it. (plz correct me POLITELY if m wrong, m nt a developer)

I've used tun.ko in the past for OpenVPN on GB ROM with an XPERIA X10i, but now using ICS 4.0.4 where there is a OpenVPN app that does not require root and uses built in services that come with Android ICS so I only need tun.ko for GB ROMs myself.
I don't see a problem with tun.ko, just a bit tricky to find, if it's not included in the ROM/Kernel.
There is a Tun.ko installer Google Play app, but the chances of getting lucky and finding the right tun.ko for your device are slim at best.

I am not sure if this relates to any warez act or piracy all i need is help lol i am not under in any circumstances allowed to offer links to cracked/hacked material as it is against the rule of XDA forums and it is in my understandting that if i were to break this rule i am to be banned... concluding this i need help lol.....
ryt im in quite a dilemma here lol ive gt quite a FEW hd games and i am currently using a x10 mini PRO with custom rom SonyBread 3.0 which uses the 2.3.4 Gingerbread......
i noticed that a game in specific avatar was not working well if u knw wat i mean by not working... it sed it was nt the original copy bla bla bla.... lol
so i thot maybe it was rom specific and so i installed cyanocomb 1.3 .... aftr i did it worked.....
can sum1 help me as to point me in the direction to where im going wrong in my sonybread rom??? is it the developer of sonybread that is missing a function or the HD game i have isnt gingerbread specific and requires lower than that because it was uhm cracked i mean lets use the term Appled instead of the big C word lol ... it was uhm appled for a specific android system???? are there any cures for my current rom or is there no solution i just simply have to downgrade to froyocomb or the likes from gingerbread??? plz help

hi everyone does anyone know wer i can get a tun.ko working for gingerbread x10. im on WB ginger version but i cant find the tun.ko can any one help me wer to get it or find it. plssss i nid openvpn to work. theres no means of internet in our area except for cellphones. no phonelines installed here yet
Zdzihu's CM7 rom includes it and wolfbreak included it in his 3.9 update.

I have one problem with my Xperia U .. Today I flash new kernel and rom([Xperia U] Xperia SSpeed kernel v5 & [Xperia U] KA02 Xperia SSpeed) from the base (original kernel and system) but when I finished everything went ok 0 problem .. I tried WiFI and gave me an "error" so I read the thead of kernel and I read "Copy the wifi modules from my kernel into the same folder and change permissions to rw-r--r--" I don't know, where's these files? I download all version of kernel v1 ~ v5 and I found wifi modules.rar on v4 I tried them and change the permissions but nothing .. So I research on forum but nothing on google the same .. Can you help me or better yet give to me the link? Please

Try posting in the Xperia U thread you got them from. I dont have an Xperia U so i won't be able to help you though. In theory there should be a link for just the wifi files.

when I try to install tun.ko with TUN.ko installer show message "Downloaded module is incompatible!"
but YXTEL G905" is in Tun.ko Repository Database
That's because it is not an official os. There will be nothing for that device anywhere
