You could try swapper4root available to download in play store it'll create a swap file on sdcard to use as ram might work

No! But some apps especially games automatically installed in sd card.
If you really want to install all apps on sd you should have ext partition and unfortunately stock rom doesnt have it.

If your device is rooted, you can use titanium backup to move all your apps to sd card. No need to partition sd card for that

It's not possible for now, but since you have root access (because you are running android 2.3.7), then try this.
- Move your big apps to SD using apps like app2sd or titanium backup
- After installing an app, repeat the above step
Note: do not move your launchers or widgets to sd, it will break their function
Realy not possible? My friend have s3 he flash some mod and now his external memory is shown as internal....

The game's size is 1.1 gb and u just have 800 mb of internal storage left. That's y u were unable 2 install it. Move all ur apps 2 the external storage and try again. If that's not possible, try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2784799, but it requires ur phone 2 be rooted. Hit thanks if I helped
I have tried that too still same error

Do u use CM or stock ? Try using a different apk. Or wipe ur data and try again. I once had this issue and wiping the data fixed it.

NBA 2k14 is 1.1gb and u have only 768 mb internal storage.it will install only in internal and the if there is a option then u can move it to sd card.Try moving all apps and games to sd card then u'll have space to install..

Since u say u hav 1.3 gb internal memory free, try installing it from the play store. Also, u said u got App Not Installed error. Did u try installing a different apk while u had already installed one ? That cud hav caused a signature mismatch prob.
