A touchwiz based rom, robbiekhans picture that is could be VR or gingermod if I'm taking a wild guess.

This could be ANY ROM. It is just a LauncherPro/GoLauncher with custom homescreen and gingerbread icons (battery, signal etc).
The weather widget is called Snowstorm (free on android market)
Down below is agenda widget with transparent background and on the bottom is set of icons.

Messaging alignment doesnt seem right it always skips 2-3 lines and takes up the whole screen.i didnt have this problem with xperia x8.any help,thanks

i dont use Stock sms app! i recommend you to use GO SMS PRO! stock sms app is not that good whereas go sms is skinnable and with more features

No...there is no specific notification on fb app...that notification is in the app .apk itself...but i dont know how to edit it, to make google play not detect if any update available for it...
