Did you flash zelly cream over another rom or over stock??
If you tried it over a custom one then that maybe causing the problem.

What do you want us to do?
Keep guessing about what all steps you did? And the details of your phone?
C'mon mate,we can't suggest you anything!
From your Sig,I can just interpret that you've a Neo and you most likely installed a Neo V version of Rom and hence that's the issue with camera
Or else,it may even be the bug in the Rom
Please do not make several threads for asking single questions!
Ask this problem in already existing Rom Q and A thread

Sounds like you may have a bad download of the Google Apps. Try using this link:
http://android.d3xt3r01.tk/cyanogen/gapps/gapps-gb-20110307-signed.zip
Try downloading straight to your phone and then flash from ClockworkMod.

I think you are confused on how to install the Google apps properly.
At step 4, you should choose install zip from SD card, then select the Cyanogenmod zip file and let it install it. Once it has finished, you should then choose install zip from SD card again and then choose the gapps zip file and let it install that. You should reboot the phone only after installing both zip files, one after the other.
You can also save yourself a lot of potential headaches by formatting the system partition before installing. You also didn't mention the dalvik cache but I'm assuming you did that as well. If it's still unclear, here's the whole process you should be following for a clean install:
1) Boot into Clockworkmod
2) Wipe data/factory reset
3) Wipe cache partition
4) Advanced > Wipe dalvik cache
5) Partitions menu > format system
6) Install zip from sdcard, select Cyanogenmod zip file
7) Install zip from sdcard, select gapps zip file
8) Reboot

Thanks for your direction. I have the Cyanogenmod running stably and I installed the Google Apps thereafter. Since I installed the Google Apps, my phone has been restarting after, say, 3 minutes of startup. Can you help me please.

Well that's exactly what I did to upgrade. I'm coming from the latest update from passion but here's the steps I took to install it:
1. Made a backup of all my applications, etc
2. Wipe data, Wipe Cache, Wipe Delvik
3. install zip from sd card > choose zip from sd card > schimeraxxxxxxxxx.zip
4. Now an installer will come up and now follow the steps from it.
5. Your done
Also I can't help you with the kernel cause I have no knowledge based on those, sorry.
For the kernel, the best you can download would be the devil kernels. Make sure they are compatible with datadata if you have it.

Boot into cwm (vol up and home and power). Select full wipe/factory reset, wipe cache partition, go to advanced wipe dalvik cache, then select install custom zip and find its location on sd then aroma installs what u want (choose custom installation). Also yeah this info is in like the 2nd or 3rd post of omega thread but was feeling generous

Hey man, Follow these steps to the Safest way possible:
1-Backup your files or data to Pc/Make a Nandroid Backup IF you want to switch to ur actual Rom.
2-Reboot into recovery mode using CWM ClockWorkMod Manager.
3- in recovery mode choose install zip from Sdcard
4-hover into the Omega Rom which you downloaded and choose it/press Yes and flash it.
If you have any issues with OMEGA rom like force closings or bugs try to wipedata/factory reset and wipe cache and Dalvik cache.

Flashing Custom ROMs
STEPS:
Download any Custom ROM for Xperia U. You can get it from here.
Do read instructions in the thread because every ROM may have a different requirement of Kernel and way of installing but basic idea is same.
Place your ROM i.e. xxx.zip file in your Root of SDCard (in internal storage)
Power off the device
Power on and repeatedly press volume down (-) button after SONY logo appears until you see the recovery
Now to clear cache scroll down to wipe cache partition and select it and scroll down to yes
To clear data or do a factory reset scroll down to wipe data/factory reset and select it and scroll down to yes
To clear dalvik cache scroll down to advanced select it again scroll down and select wipe dalvik cache
After you perform all the steps press back to enter main menu
Scroll down to install zip from sdcard and select it
Scroll down to choose zip from sdcard and select it
Now scroll to the ROM i.e. xxx.zip and select it and scroll down to yes to confirm.
Press back and reboot system.
Click to collapse
Before doing all this, your device must have root access and CWM Recovery install.
Dont know how do it? Use search button and dont be lazy person.
Please use the Q&A section for questions. see XDA rule #15. thanks
