Usual is to ask in the roms thread or read the instructions .
Who knows what the rom builder wants you to do . RTFM .

Why the hell is it taking too long?
When did the update even come out?

If you are that in a hurry you can go to Sam mobile download the tar for Egypt and flash it through odin won't void your warranty.

I just read that some people say that they don't like the jellybean update !
And that it is more laggy compared to the ICS rom

Okk thanks do I need to flash any recovery to be able to full wipe?? Or a factory reset will do the job?

Did you flash the full firmware via Odin? What do you use to check the bootloader?
I also flashed a deoxed zipaligned roms via cwm that obviously didn't get flash the new Bootloaders. So I wonder how to flash without wiping the phone

Yes i guess so.i flashed it via mobile odin.download network signal info and there it tells firmware,bootloader version etc.

Depends. Do u have a nandroid back up of ur 4.3 rom? If not, download ur firmware from sammobile and flash it thru odin.
