Think my Note died -- Help? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note I717

Randomly today my phone on Blackstar X was rebooting a ton. Then, suddenly, it wouldn't turn on. Well, it turns on, then it shows a screwed up version of the Blackstar X logo (screwed up as in its all pixelated), and then it turns off. As soon as I connect the battery, this happens. I don't even turn it on when the battery is connected, it just happens. It's as if it's in a state of perpetual random-rebooting, but the phone memory/ROM died.
I can get into download mode, but like 2-3 seconds in, it turns off. This keeps happening. When I try to hold both volume to get into TWRP, the phone just keeps vibrating (only black screen, meanwhile). Any one got any suggestions? I just want this f**ing thing to work!

Sounds like your power button is stuck.

[q] rezound wont turn on :/

I'm very much new to this, so please take it easy on the terminology, and insults.. :/ Just to be clear ive never rooted this phone or flashed it or anything like that.
I was using my phone and the battery ran really low and it died. I went to turn it on, and it wouldn't turn on, so i charged the battery for a good hour. I press the power button and it vibrates, but the screen stays black.
after that i tried doing a hard reset, so with the phone in that black screen, i took the battery out so it would turn off. Put it back in, followed the instructions for hard reset from the VZW website (without turning the phone on, because i'm still unable to do so), and nothing happened at all. I gave it a couple tries and still nothing.
Then i took the battery out, put it back in, pressed the power button. I felt it vibrate again like last time. So in this post-vibrate state, without removing the battery, while the screen is still black with no power on, i did the hard reset. It vibrated and then now the 4 touch buttons at the screen illuminated, and the backlight turned on, but the screen itself was still black.
can anyone help me out??

When the phone is completely off. Battery pull. When holding down (Vol Down + Power). Does the HBOOT (white screen) appear or is it still black?

[Q] Phone won't boot, won't go into recovery

Hello everyone,
Last night, my phone randomly shut itself off. I have been using the Novena ROM for months now, so I wasn't doing any flashing or anything. Then it wouldn't boot up. I would take out the battery, put it back in, it says "Samsung" for about two seconds then shuts off. If I try and get into recovery, the phone keeps vibrating, with a 2 second interval between each vibration. Same thing happens if I connect to PC or to power outlet. Any ideas on how to fix this strange issue?
Thanks for any input.

Sounds like your power button is stuck. This happen to me before. Try tapping it rapidly a bunch of times, or try flicking the back of the phone by the power button with your finger.

[Q] My Droid DNA's power button is stuck!

Hey all,
I have a Droid DNA that has not been rooted or have anything but stock ROM running on it. Today, I was using Snapchat when suddenly I get the box that pops up when you hold down the power button and then you choose whether to turn it off, restart it, or put it into airplane mode. Then, there's a notification that in 3, 2, 1, your device will be shut off.
After it shuts off, it goes into the infinite bootloop where it doesn't go past the HTC screen and I can't even do anything in the bootloader because it just restarts mid-pressing of the volume buttons.
I think the power button might be stuck, but it feels mechanically fine. I think it's stuck though because without even pressing the power button I could just hold VOLUME DOWN and still get into the bootloader for like 4 seconds.
Is there anything I could do?
Thank you so much in advance.

I think I'm going to have to. I let it run its course until the battery died and was hoping to resurrect it by charging. However, now its not even charging. There's no orange LED (blinking or constant) to let me know the phone is charging. Damn.

Black Screen of death.

Help. I might have a black screen of death or stuck in downloading mode. I tried powering it on but nothing. I plug this thing into the computer and it seems to respond when I plug it in but still nothing on the screen. This just happened all of a sudden, i don't believe this is a result from a bad flash.

Phone usually doesn't turn on

Hey guys!
So i have this unusual problem with my phone. The phone won't turn on, but when i plug it in the charger it shows the battery icon with the little "loading" circle in it. It does that constantly when plugged in, icon is on the screen for a few seconds then the screen is all black, it goes like that untill I unplug it.
I thought that the phone was broken, but today while it was plugged in i saw the real charging animation and it said that the phone had 50% of battery so I quickley pressd the power button and it turned on normally. After that i turned the phone off and back on again, everything worked perfectly. So i tried turning it off again and pulling the battery out. Now it wont start again.
The firs time it happend I was using the phone and it freezed, so i pulled the battery out and then it happend.
The phone is running latest version of cm11 donwloaded from cm website.
I hope that somebody knows the answer to my problem.
Thanks in advance!

I'm might know what happening with your phone, and i don't know the final solution either, but you can use your phine with a little bit of effort, just plug your phone to charge and open download mode (press power key, home key , vol down key simultaneously)
And let be in that position for 5-10 min and then press cancel. Then it will show your device name for real long...... wright there for 5-10 min again and it will be working again, don't let it go off again or do same procedure if it goes off, you may have problem with your sensor's, wanna stable solution?
