I've managed to get root on my Surftab ventos 10.1 (cause is already there) after reading the topic by TheSSJ for the others ventos (9.7 - 8)
It's really easy:
Just install from market SuperSU and it will work.
After rooting the tablet I got rid of most of the default app and garbage put in by the vendor, after a backup with titanium.
With terminal emulator I managed to dump the recovery partition
su
dd if=/dev/mtd/mtd3 of=/sdcard/recovery.img
And here is what Recovery builder did to it:
http://jenkins.cyanogenmod.com/job/recovery/20543/
I'm still not sure if it will work, will post how it goes.

OK root Trekstor Surftab Ventos 10.1 v.2 (ST10216-2)
I can confirm that the Root method posted by SCRAX (thanks to him and to TheSSJ!!!!) runs perfectly!!!!.
Before that I needed to:
- Update/upgrade firmware using the file ST10216-v2_FW_pack.zip downloadable from into-trekstor.de/fw/surftab/ site (user: guest - pass: guest) (it seem to be necessary to allow the installation of the RK3066 chipset drivers on the pc, contained in the zip file)
- install a new CWM to enable a former complete backup of the unit, using (thanks to androtab.info site!):
RK_Android_Tool_v1.35 + RK30 Driver (you can find them googleing....)
RK30GENERIC_CWM (files.androtab.info/rockchip/rk3066/20130427/RK30GENERIC_CWM.zip)
And, finally, following the Scrax/TheSSJ method!!!!
Bye everybody! And thanks everybody for the help!

Is this thread still alive? Need help with Root
Not sure if this is still active or not, but a friend has one of these, and I was hoping at least to be able to root it.
Kitkat or Lollipop ROM would be great too if possible! Any other interesting hacks for this?
Any suggestions?

Rooting iBerry B10
Hey sanagg1,
I'm having the same model of your iBerry Tablet (B10). I've successively rooted the device with SuperOneClick v2.3.3. It takes me about 10mints to root the device and its easy too, Just try it!
[#] Fully charge your device before rooting.
[#] Do not interrupt while the process is running.

use universal root software
Iberry BT10 Firmware default rooted.
Hi,
Recently I got a Iberry BT10 and as I do with all my android run devices, went to ROOT my device. But in the process, I found some interesting facts ->
1. The default firmware installed in it was already shipped with ROOT access. I had to mere install the SuperUser application to monitor the root privilege granted to different applications. To install that, I used SuperOneClick v2.3.3 and its worked with no hassle.
2. The upgrade firmware provided by the Iberry Support team [BT10-Firmware-0401.zip] also comes with default ROOT access and the required driver files for x86 and x64 windows systems [2000/XP/Vista/7].
If you are not able to find drivers for your Tablet, or having problem to connect your device to your laptop/desktop; I'm going to provide the system drivers for your convenience. Check this space for more updates.

Requirements:
1. Java SDK installed in PC/Laptop
2. Android-sdk-windows installed in PC/Laptop
3.Root_with restore_by Bin4ry_v28 (this version I used, you can see the latest in forum)
I managed to root generic tablet with above. For step by step procedures, I think you could see in forum. But do with your own risk!I used the method without any official stock ROM, but it works anyway. No soft 'brick'.
Help !!

Try going to this website tablet express .com (New member so i cant post links). and download the PC Tools oh also you can download the original image file there. The PC tool.rar comes with ther RK Batch Tool(you can use that to flash firmware) and the Aprropiate Usb Drivers. Dont know if your model is there but im guessing you can still use the RK Batch Tool

root is here you will need to register to download the file can confirm it works http://lenovo-forums.ru/topic/9671-lenovo-s8-50-tablet-root-права/
thanks

Rooted and fixed the display dpi. Changed from 320 back to 240 dpi using rom toolkit. To perform this fix you need to edit the prop.build.

Im more than sure it works on all lenovo tab s8-50's . it worked on my lenovo tab s8-50f so it should work with yours.
Worked
I had to use windows 7 32bit to get my Lenovo TAB S8-50f to root. I tryed with a 64bit version and could not get the ADB drivers to install. Windows said the msi file was unknown or damaged. In the end, the root was a success.
this work with old firmware kitkat 4.4.2 not work with lolipop 5.0.1..
