Phone will not turn on. Never rooted - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

the phone is only 2 months old unfortunately I dropped it. there is no cosmetic damage to the phone but upon pressing the power button it only shows the battery has a full charge and does not continue to turn on.
It has never been rooted or any third party soft ware.
What should I do?

I saw a phone on eBay with those symptoms and I simply copied and pasted in my thread.
I was planning on purchasing and I was wondering how and if anyone has had problems and over came them.
However. Someone casually bid an extra 50$ and I lost within the last 7 seconds Haha.
Oh well.

I'm betting he wasn't holding the power button down Long enough if he was getting the battery indicator.

So you were lying to us? Why wouldn't you just ask if people know that problem because you were buying a phone and was wondering if it was fixable? Also, we're always here when you need someone to give you a hard time.
