I think this might be what your looking for......
All credit to poyensa for his work
Thank you for the file, but what is the procedure to replace the file?
Best regards.
oops sorry.......
I forgot that it wasnt in a cab.....
You can place that file into the windows folder in your device memory, overwrite the one thats already there and restart sense.
Ill make you a cab and attach it to this post in a minute if thats easier........
Edit;
Attached cab....
Hope thats what you were looking for........
Thank you very much for your efforts but the result is the same (see photo). I want to remove the bottom black area marked with red in the photo. Maybe it has something to do with CHT 2.0. I don't know.
Best regards.

I know it's a software problem CHT, the question must ask the author of the program, the transparency of cab files for this are not met

you cant, thats just the manila weather animation not fitting the screen properly.
There might be a fix but I havent seen one
Sorry.
Finally, I make it working. The problem was the wallpaper who was shorter. Once I change it to another, the weather went all the way down.
Off topic: do you know a way to put high quality pictures to contacts without 3rd party apps? If not, what is the maximum resolution for contacts pictures that can be assigned?
Thank you for your help.

No you can't do that(assuming your phone is not rooted). Even with the root, I don't think there's an easy way to change the size of just one icon. There's the LCD Density Modder app in the PlayStore to change the density of the entire screen, but it requires root!
As said above you cannot resize the icon (without going deep in apk modding) because android will resize the icons no matter what is the resolution it will resize it to the basic resolution (default).
Hit thanks if I helped you.

I believe this is what you are referring too...its the actual notifications that you want transparent right?
If so, this thread gives instructions. Its a smali edit. I couldn't get it to take but everything else did...
-Team Nocturnal Like A Boss
-Galaxy Note II Lab Rats Edition
transparent background
