What you need for this:
- Launcher (ADWLauncherEX, Launcher Pro, etc.)
-MultiPicture Live Wallpaper (klick)
-DesktopVisualizer (http://www.appbrain.com/app/desktop-visualizer/jp.co.bii.android.app.dskvzr)
-Windows Phone 7 UI (http://www.mediafire.com/?k2qaqta6alfyt74)
-and of course, an Android phone...
Step 1: Launcher settings
Go to your Launcher settings and change the Icons per sites option (Columns 6, Rows 10).
After that, you have to hide your Notification-bar!
Important: Make sure, your transition effect is "slide" (or something similar)!
Now you can make your dock. I've got a transparent dock with 5 Icons (I only have 2 icons, the other's I've made transparent).
Congratulations! You have completed step 1!
Step 2: MultiPicture Live Wallpaper
Set MultiPicture as your Live Wallpaper, then configure it:
Set the Wallpapers from the downloaded Windows Phone 7 UI pack.
And the most important in this step: Change transition to "slide"
Congratulations! You have completed step 2!
Step 3: Desktop Visualizer
In this step you have to change your icons on the homescreen with Desktop Visualizer.
On your Homescreen you have to add a widget. There you should see the Desktop Visualizer widgets. Select the one that's 2x2.
Important: All your Icons have to be 2x2!
Make this step with every icon you want on your Homescreen.
Congratulations! You have completed step 3!
Step 4: Widgets...
Now you can add widgets like a clock, weather or other stuff.
Congratulations! You have completed all steps!
Enjoy your Windows Phone 7 UI

Okay... I can appreciate the work put into the "tutorial", and I don't mean to be rude, considering this is my post, but as someone graduating from Launcher7 into a new program (because Launcher7 isn't supported by ICS), I'm left scratching my head.
You're going under the assumption that the reader knows what (s)he needs to as far as the Launcher, MultiPicture Live Wallpaper, DesktopVisualizer and Windows Phone 7 UI goes, but it would be very helpful if you would post step-by-step tutorials easy enough that someone who's never used the programs before can understand them, and at least get them started.
I pretty much got lost at the second step, because I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing with the Windows Phone UI. Do I need to unzip it before its found? Because nothing seems to be finding it. Does it need to go into a specific folder?
Desktop Visualizer isn't finding any of the icons either.
Any help at all would be appreciated, because this wasn't any.
it looks great.. thanks

can anybody re-upload it?
Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of an application that allowed for a tabbed application shortcuts widget in Android as was made available for Windows Mobile by SPB Pocket Plus. It appears that Hi Launcher supports a similar method, but it does not have a landscape mode, so it's not available for my tablet. Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
Hi
Is there a launcher that supports more than 10 homescreens? I am using taptu widgets and I am running out of screen
Hi all,
I am running Nova Launcher on my Mate 10 Pro.
When I change themes with Emui theme changer, the wallpaper changes but the icons do not. In Emui, they do get replaced.
Anyone know of a way to replace the system icons so that Nova Launcher uses them?
i have the same issue with EMUI 9
if you are on EMUI 8 then you can go to look and feel in nova settings and select system icons
thanks. I actually think I mah have made a mistake, the theme
I selected just had a very limited icon set!
Is there a way to install widgets on the desktop?
The WSA doesn't have a desktop, all it's apps run windowed on Windows's desktop.
launcher + wallpaper engine
