Asia retail to eu retail - Motorola Droid RAZR

I wanna ask u guys here. I'm on ics 673.9.328.AsiaRetail.XT910 now. Can I fasboot eu ics rom without deleting Cid? Thanks in advance.

Yeah you can do it without erasing your cid. I had asia retail xt910 but i Flashed eu version fastboot using erternity flash tool. Its very easy to do

Thanks for your help...I have successfully fasboot my asia retail with uk fasboot using rsd lite. Had a stuck at bootanimation but all went right after entering recovery and do factory reset. This is better I guess..had a better battwry life.

Yes that fastboot...it runs pretty well on asia retail. I dont even need to flash radio.

Yeah exactly ya need to flash this fastboot to change to .eu ics .
Edit : now ya can even upgarde ya razr from ics to jb because .eu got jb ota .look out on the forum hope you will get it soon

Hi there! I did a successful flash from AsiaRetail to Vodafone, don't even need to flash any other basebands or remove CID etc! Just the bootloader. No thanks to Motorola for abandoning SouthEastAsia
The one I'm using is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39207838 and so far it's great! Just needed to re-install HandCent SMS

u can get 4.2.2 if u install AOKP rom found in dev section why still worry abt 4.2.1.... just my opinion

yeah !! ya can even install AKOP or any custom rom but i believe they must have sum bugs and lack in sumthing too . so its better to use stock release because motorola released it after huge time of testing and use .

Ive tried the aokp, I think its a good rom..has many customization. I ll stick to stock for a while...now im on vodafone jb...battery life is worst I guess. L

yeah battery life is really sucks but as we all noe its just a soak testin version so they might fix if up in next version

i used eternity project.
i was confused as i was already on my region's ics. i hadn't erased cid. so i just backed up cid using terminal emulator and without erasing cid used eternity project flashed the retail.eu ics required in the razrguy's youtube thread.
Basically you just follow the razr guy's video upto the point where he "messes up in his video".
the razrguy being already on US jb and having erased his phone's cid wasn't able to start his phone. but if you are already on your phone's regional ics then you can skip the part about the mbm fle thing. your phone will directly boot and not get stuck like in his tutorial and continue following his tutorial from that point.

Guys, I have strange experience lately. When Im charging my razr and then I make a phone call or answering a call my battery suddenly gets 100%. Before it was 80%. Do you guys have same issue?

yeah we having this problem because its just soak leak so we need to wait till official update comes . May b moto ll fix this problem in nxt update
