Apps that are inverted have backgrounds that are dark or black, it helps readability in low-light situations & should help with battery life as well.

Useng the search box, top right corner of XDA page, for "black facebook" resulted in more than a couple links. Find the one that suits your needs.
I seldom use the website. I guess I need to start using it.

you can download glass widgets from the market and give that a try.
If your phone has a black theme it will be black.
Unless a dev does a black themed fb.

Here is my themed version of the Inverted Blue Play Store for the Asus TF300. Make a nadroid backup before you install then load the zip as you would any other in CWM! Enjoy and hit the thanks button if you like please! Credit to Uber for the base inverted market, I just tweaked it to my particular blue!

Its Uber's base inverted Market that he gave me perm to use and I themed it blue to my liking,,,its included in my galaxy nexus theme and I thought other sites would like it since I have this tab.

Can you invert the contacts and the phone that is not bigger in size than the current apps as the ones listed above are too large and not able flash them as the system partition is full with cm10 12/09 build with full Gapps-fixed.

I'd put my money on Mike's reply as well; search the market for themes.

that widget you are talking about is for Stock Roms..Paranoid Android is AOSP based ROM..so unfortunately it is a no..unless someone has ported it..check in themes section..

It is the stock accuweather widget
I modded a SystemUI.apk to give a transparent (#bf000000) (25% transparent) background to the pulldown notification panel. This works with 2nd Nov CM10 nightly by quarx. See attached screenshot.
EDIT: Added same mod for Kayant's SlimBean 2.9.1 rom. Enjoy.
Installation:
Download attachement
Copy to phone sdcard
Using rootexplorer or similar file manager backup original /system/app/SystemUI.apk
Paste the downloaded SystemUI.apk to /system/app/
Set permissions rw-,r--,r--
Reboot.

Motoinspired theme. You can find in defy themes thread, sorry i am using mobile i cant give u link.
Also search neutralyzd cm10 theme and hcs cm10 theme search in play store you can find it. And there are many themes which not completely applying to notification background.

You're right, the panel isn't allowing complete themeing. I think quarx needs to make a small change to the framework. If that's done this mod won't be needed. Hope he notices this.
