I can login here quite easily.
my user name and password gets me in.
Now i down loaded the XDA app on my Desire X. but cant login with the same password and username as i have here.
I need some help, or do i have to register another user name and password for the phone.

No man, you'd still be logged into Facebook by using two browsers..I had thought about that when I wrote my first comment...I think facebook recognizes IP address and blocks signing into one account while staying logged in the other,its a security fix...if you have a router that displays different IPs that might work

Because there are apps who can be installed only if you live in a specific country,this is the problem with Google Keyboards. Also,if there is a paid app and your country isn't supported to buy apps from google play store you will get message that it's incompatible.

can anyone tell me how this keyboard performs compared to swiftkey i am using swiftkey but would like to install this keyboard on my desire x
You can use hot spot to get it from play store also.
The swiping is better than swift key but the prediction isn't as good. It's about as good, I prefer swiping than typing.
Worth a go for sure.
