ray is good but se neo v is of same price range but a bigger screen .....

Xperia 2011 mdpi device got em running maybe 2 weeks ago.
Poor hdpi devices such ray arc play neo n pro have different kernel issue

Nope you can't ... there are changes related to framework so u ant unless someone else mods it for CM
