i asked for it, i know the app on-screen button enabler is there
but....
when i enable it, the screen indicators get pushed out of the screen!!!! i dont want that
and another thing,
a guy has ported on-screen buttons for xperia s, i'll post the screenshot. I want it that way(the screen indicators.)
1st screenshot : From Xperia s(wat i told before)
2nd screenshot : From Xperia go, on-screen buttons enabled
3rd screenshot : From Xperia go, on-screen buttons disabled

Use On-Screen Button Enabler,
Change your lcd Density to 140/120.
watch the changes. Much space on screen.
U can do this in cm9 or miui. These roms has more customized options.
Click thanks if i helped you.

I have enabled on-screen buttons on my MiniCM9(With blue color)
Why do you say its experimental? it is included in the ROM and as far as i've used mine No problems at all.
What? HOW?
So i didn't supposed to mod the framework and work on it for a while??? SH!T.. But IS it really already included in Minicm9-3.0.0?

It IS already included in MiniCM9-3.0.0.
Just change a line of code and done...
But of course..I notice that on the lockscreen(with on-screen buttons enabled)
there is a black bar covering a small part of the lockscreen (The on-screen button one but there's no touchable buttons)
I guess you can try to fix that?

I am VERY sure I'm using MiniCM9.
I googled how to enable the on-screen buttons.Followed the instructions and stuff.
I decompiled framework-res.apk and went into /res/values/bools.xml
and changed a line of code from this:
<bool name="config_showNavigationBar">false</bool>
To this:
<bool name="config_showNavigationBar">true</bool>
pushed it.boot. There you go,Easy on-screen buttons for you.
Then I changed the color of the buttons.(Images in SystemUI.apk)
why anyone would sacrifice precious screen space to put virtual buttons when there are physical ones are beyond me...
then again... whatever makes u happy i guess
nice find btw

DAmn! found the problem.
-Ice Cream Pureness.
1. I can have only 3 App Screens, doesnt add more when i instal more apps!
2. I have also removed the bottom menu ( back-home-settings) buttons
3. I confirm this by saying that when i rearrange the apps they go to the bottom so that is the green line.
Is there any solytion to this?
Edit: 4th app screen works only if I arrange in "Own mode"
-Clear All Apps Settings in 'Settings-Apps-All-Xperia Home' Did the trick for now!!
Hope I Helped some people!
Clear data of xperia home. Ull see fourth screen also

And did it work for you? I have tried it in several ROMs (MIUI, CM) and it doesn't work for me; always had to use power button
I had that on my sensation, you had to swipe from left to right on the touch buttons and it would wake up the phone.. It was a modified kernel I don't think this can be implemented in our razr because of the locked bootloader.. But maybe in can in kexec.. You have to ask hashcode or dhacker if they can do it
Sent from my XT910 using Tapatalk 2
You are correct sisal, it has to be a modified kernel using swipe to wake, swipe to unlock
