Hi,
Recently i noticed that a problem with the battery of my Sony Ericsson live with Walkman phone. When discharging after 40 percentage, battery level suddenly goes to 0 % and phone shutting down. Is this a problem of battery ? or software ?

Thanks for helping!
However in the future if you click on the orange triangle button in the upper right corner you can send a report to the moderators asking them to move it. This should be done in the OP of threads to be moved.
Thanks

Is anybody alive in this section?
Calm down mate. They will come thanks 4 the mod. might be better to separate the two mod though. And if you take this from somebody, please post the link too.
does it work with miui rom or only stock rom??
sorry for my bad english.
Working perfectly, thank you.
The download links werent working yesterday ...
May I suggest to eventually have the % digits bigger as it's difficult to see them at the ray's screen - i'm thinking of making them as big as the clock's digits.
Otherwise great work - was looking for such a mod from long time now.

Umm bro, i saw your updater-script and there's no fix permission there, i'm unsure about that :-/ is it okay to flash it from recovery?

If you want only volume awake then leave android.policy.jar inside zip file and delete the other two from framework folder..
And there is no need to fix permissions..
Don't worry... I don't treat you guys as laboratory rats... ..I always test them myself before sharing..

1) This is not a stock kernal. It is a CM7.2 based ROM.
2)stock rom had an option to enable & disable it.
3) Dont want to consider flashing another ROM just because of this issue coz this is really good.

lol.. using another kernal may slove this problem but loads of other issues will crop up..
This ROM is really smooth & looks good. Only a minor patch may be required to solve this issue.
ok. found the solution... for this.

Since the "power button ends call" option is missing in CM7 and it ends calls out of the box and you really hate hanging up on people when you accidently press the button in call, here is a fix for those interested ---- Remap the powerbutton to turn screen on/off instead of ending call:
Edit /system/usr/keylayout/qwerty.kl with a text editor and look for the line:
"key 107 ENDCALL WAKE_DROPPED"
Replace ENDCALL with POWER to make it look like this:
"key 107 POWER WAKE_DROPPED"

After making this change the option in Settings>Accessibility is also becomes visible.. strange!!
