just noticed it's for .283, probably no use. Try appextractor https://market.android.com/details?...wxLDEsImNvbS5oYW5keWFuZHkuYXBwZXh0cmFjdG9yIl0. to extract it from your rom.

They can be found in any ICS ftf in system.sin which you extract with any compression utility, then you need to extract system.ext3 with flash tool SIN editor, and then extract what you need with ext4_unpacker,
