You use 4.1 ! You'll never have word easy ! No camera and wifi !
If you can just use GB version ! Its for gaming with everything working just fine !
IF you interested just click on my signature CM 7.2 ! You'll have a guide on how to install GB to Neo L
CM 7.2 (GB) is for gaming !

As for Jb,I don't think there's one yet for Neo L!
You can check my Sig for all Roms available for your device!
And head to development of Neo V sticky . You'll find a thread with all things needed for rooting and unlocking bl!

AW: Want to downgrade from cm to stock NEO V
The kernel you need depends on your rom you used while you took the bandroid backup.
You should remember if it was a GB or ICS rom.
Possible kernels can be found at the stickys here at neo forum.

No. To go to JB from GB, You have to flash 2 things:
1.ICS Baseband
(How.to flash Baseband only: While you select which ftf to flash in flashmode, select exclude system in right box & click OK)
2. JB Kernel
Then just flash the zip with the usual way. You're on JB from GB!
Cheers!
