I have The Last cm9 nightly in P7500, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1670964, but when i try to change any vale from ligth sensor table, The settings app close.

that is phone.apk it handles all telephony related features.
dialertabactivity is only the dialer and USSD code variations

I dont think even in MIUI u can move your app in SDCard.
try IHacker MIUI, it is a good rom for daily drive.
