Not much of a fancy thread eh? Ill please you with its looks later on. Here I bring to you a port of the Xperia Z's JB firmware. Yes its based on CM10. Before you continue, do know that this port will be done in stages and sequences not all at once. Have fun.

I tried to install using lupus, gives error when trying to install. zip. Using fusion, following the steps carefully get stuck in the boot for a long time and no boot.

i think it's just a CM10 based rom with some stuff from xperia z, not a Xperia Z JB ported like you say

It's clearly written in OP that it's cm 10 based and the development would be in stages step by step!

i tried latest fusion kernel, fusion v5.0.. or i must use lupus kernel?

I got status 7 errors when flashing using lupus kernels... Doesn't the rom have a built in kernel in zip like in fxp roms?if yes use that and try installing...

Everything is told on second post, you just had to read a bit which seems to be quite difficult.
@emwno
I don't get it, the only changes I see when installing your mod are Lockscreen, Wallpaper picker and SettingsUI background and some button switch changes. Well, mainly images. Is it normal? Cuz your list says..

That was release 1. But it proved to not boot for some framework changes I made. Wait for release 3.

is release 3 working on neo? i see it on OP but thats link is coming from arc thread. is it working on our device ??

Get eror status 7 when i flash boot-fix.
I doing ths step :
Full wipe.
Flash cm10 and gApps.
Flash boot fix. But get eror status 7. What should i do??
Anyone?

Yes arc and neo mods are interchangeable....
to avoid status 7 error....
use this updater script edited by me and report

Gapps comes after the bootfix
full wipe
flash cm10
flash bootfix
wipe data/cache/dalvik
flash gapps
flash wifi modules (if needed)
boot
That's how I got it to boot.
