The first thing I would do is a reboot. If that doesn't fix it, I would do a dirty re-flash of the rom.
Just my opinion and YMMV!!!
I would recommend wiping caches and fixing permissions first.

I never tried twrp but I have been using 4ext for a year almost and I must say it is fantastic. I have never had one issue with it since.

What update are you talking about? The bornal leak or an updated version of the leak?

Hello, for the past few months my friend who has g version is facing random shutdowns.
The phone shuts down all of sudden and he is not aware of the same. Users have also complained that the ring goes but he does not pick phone where as he is not aware of any in coming call.
He is using neat rom with safe kernel.

I was running on neatrom for 1 month fine with Gustav kernel before switching to Kitkat rom from beanstalk...
