is there a port of Miui for EVO 3D GSM.
I found it in the cdma theard.
Or could just a dev begin to port it ?

Bigrushdog , miui genius, is working on a new CDMA build for 3D. When it is done, I will see about porting it to GSM. If anyone would like to be involved in that, please pm me.

I claim no credit for this, just simply spreading the news mainly to see if this could help you Amaze devs out. This is new VILLEC2 leak that just popped up on the Sensation forums...Sense 4.0, no resizing needed, and native support for MSM 8660 chipset. Since this is my first ever thread in a dev forum, mods feel free to close, edit, whatever is necessary if I've done anything wrong as I AM NOT a dev or will ever claim to be lol. If you guys already have your hands on this leak then more power to you...
If not, hopefully this new leak will result in some nice shiny new Sense 4.0 ports for the Amaze

Here's a link to the original Sensation thread. Like I said, this post is for the Devs only, mainly to just make them aware (just in case they weren't already) of this new leak. It potentially could lead to some pretty stable (I hope) Sense 4.0 builds on the Amaze. Just spreading the news

That's the intention
An Amaze with a stable sense 4.0 build= the perfect phone for me
Kinda makes the One S irrelevant in my eyes lol...
I'll probably be able to get it booting when I have time

this is based on the S3 processor correct, if so getting it to boot should be much easier, kinda makes my port dead anyways waiting for mirror before i could do anything

Stable yes, radios working will be a diffrent story, danm u HTC
EDIT: it might not be Extremely hard though

Dl'ing now @ about 50kb's/sec....at this rate probably at least 3-4 hours before I can get up any sort of working mirror
Hopefully somebody will beat me to the punch...

Sensation builds are in progress, so naturally the Amaze is next lol...

MDJ hasnt even stepped a toe in the amaze forums, i asked him for help and he never replied, maybe we should make a petition for him to help us get things like radios and other stuff up and running

Didn't know that....either way I PM'ed him earlier so we'll see what happens...either way, it's all good. Working sense 4.0 on the Amaze is coming sooner or later...
as you all know, 4g works on aosp roms, however how do you have an icon to show strength and toggle it without going into settings

I toggle 4g using a widget like Widgetsoid. As for the status bar meter, I've yet to see a Rom with it that wasn't sense based.

well gangnam style and paranoid android have 4g (jelly bean)
devil toast (the discontinued one) has 4g and 2d camera(ics)
edit: if you venture into the gsm section, go to devil toast 0.2. and click download. then click back to cm10 and click on shooter (and not shooteru) and that's the cdma version.

Actually gangnam style does not have working camera and pae jb does turn and scan. Has anyone in a 4g area able to confirm this? 3d anorexia had both working but ogrnimnella's threads are locked and his download links are down.

Do you mean this link? When I click download and back up into the folder CM10, only shooteru comes up. How are you downloading it?

Since you used Cool ics and you're phone is S-On then you have 1.5x Hboot and can't use this ROM or other AOSP roms. You need to go S-Off and downgrade your Hboot to 1.49.xxxx. Bcuz miui 5.0 is based of aosp base and you can't boot it. Thats what i know
FYI..
Search "Viper3D_2.0.0_Option3D" and u will find a german forum post link where you can get Sense 4.1 ROM with Working 3D Camera. Size of ROM is 807.0 MB. Installation wizard is in german. But thats not a issue at all. Its working awesomely.

Forgot mention that..Yes Its for GSM Evo 3D.
This ROM has plenty of Sense 4 skins pre-loaded and two extra lock skins(no lock,music). Do check out.:good:

its the same rom that a chinese dev posted a little bit ago and had his posts removed because the tweaks that made it possible were stolen from team venom without permissions obviously..... same rom only this one is translated to german..... still stolen info even if it helps people

There has to be a fix for the cdma i would think. Not that i use the 3d camera anyways
