Hi, Recently I've managed to patch our CyanogenMod source tree to build Ubuntu Touch for P760 (using this guide: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Porting). I haven't builded and tried it yet (I will try when I will have more free time). I publish you patched kernel and device tree. If anyone wants to build it use this guide:

I builded rom. Many things don't work (ex. wifi, dead sleeps etc.). It has many bugs.

Rom not boot.
I see logo LG and phone off
Have you flashed rom in correct order? Is screen flashing at black background? Flash in correct order as in my install guide. It should work. Unlocked bootloader of course.

Have you got unlocked bootloader? Have you formatted SYSTEM, DATA AND CACHE. Don't forget to format SYSTEM.
When connect phone to USB i see battery but phone not boot.
I did wipe system etc and flash this, again not boot
Edit: Sorry i not format system etc. Try again
Edit2: Not boot :<
Reflash again, don't wipe data, system and cache after flashing rom, because there are system files.

Aren't maps included in the GApps you have to flash?

I think Map is not included in gapps package, but gmap should be normally install from market after flashing CM10.
If not, try to download lastest gmap apk, and put it into gapps package by using 7-zip. Don't extract gapps, just open it, open apk dicrectory and drag gmap into. And then close 7zip and flash the modified gapps package

Just tried to install new rom Biftor 4.0 and during installation when it comes to flashing kernel I got installation aborted . Did everything what was in description how to install this rom.
Any sugestions.
Never before had any problems when flashing roms.

Seems like a corrupt rom zip file ,Re-dwnld the ROM from a diff mirror and make a fresh install and check ma8

Steps for install it are:
Download rom
Download gapps
Put all on sdcard
Reboot in recovery with vol - and power
Do full wipe and then go on advanced and do wipe dalvik cache

We're u on JB before flashing? He mentioned it as requirement. I think this AOKP build uses partition layout of JB.

Well everything seems to be fine except echo and 1080p. But there is some problem with Overclocking. I have modules working on 4.2.2 PACMAN and lastest CYANOGENMOD but they doesn't work on AOKP and it seems to be problem with ROM. http://i.imgur.com/fNNfBli.png I was typing it manually too - same result.

Adb is easy. Copy the adb files to c: start cmd and go to c: now type adb logcat > log.txt. U must have installed ur usb driver. The logcat u can find in the user base... With adb devices u can check ur connect to the phone

Hi, I present you CWM-based Recovery 6.x (tested now ) from my modified device tree. This recovery is stable for use. In this version i fixed some bugs and added more features.
Recovery tested on: P760 (should work also on P765, not tested)
Changes in the recovery from L9 CyanogenMod tree:
Fixed ADB
Added SD-EXT support
Now external_sd is default storage in recovery (internal also works)
Ported USB storage mounting!!!
Some visual changes

Unlocked bl

Excellent I can't wait ... do you have posiibilty to edit menus in recovery , it could be handy to have all wipes in one place for example .

It's possible, but we usually need only factory reset for installing roms (wipes data, cache and dalvik-cache).

I don't know anything about this feature in any recovery avilable, but you can create backup and create zip using android kitchen.

Not exactly many new roms has also advice to format system like SlimBean or newest mateo1111 roms, it is easier to have for eg. all wipe options in one menu, maybe it is possible to make option for fullwipe = wipe dalvik +data+format system?

Mateo1111 cm wipes system during installing. Almost all roms based on cm source with unmodified updater-script wipe system during installing rom.
It's not possible to do CWM-touch now. TWRP is maybe possible for now. CWM-touch will not work with my fixes.
