Hey guys,
Here is the Sense 5 skin for HTC Sense 4.1 Lite
It fully works and can be installed over any other skin, no need to remove older skins.
Note, this WILL NOT give you Sense 5 icons. For that you need to install a Sense 5 themed ROM.
Skin is attached.

You can. Just download ROM extract it, than extract every APKs and pull Sense 5 icons from every app
It's not difficult.

Sorry, I have tried to do this myself but I had lost. Could you please describe the procedure more precisely (step by step maybe) so I can do it right?

1. Extract ROM.zip
2. You will find some folders (META-INF, system, data, ecc.) go into system/app folder
3. Now take the SystemUI.apk and extract like a zip file (with 7-zip)
4. Go to res/drawable-hdpi and replace your pngs with Sense 5 ones
5. Now open SystemUI.apk and replace your images
NB: you can edit some pngs, but not all!! Be sure you do not modify .9.png files only replace them!

SystemUI.apk only has the icons for the statusbar. If you want to change icons in the appdrawer, you should change the icons in com.htc.resources.apk. But some of the icons are in the apps themselves, cause the htc resources only has icons for HTC apps.
