Which Rom do you suggest i use? I enjoy touchwiz launcher. It looks great, i also like a phone with great battery life and speed. I do not game much. I usually text and whatsapp etc. Which Rom do you think is best for my preferences? I have been thinking about MindCr 2.8 and Simplicity V5 with S2/3 theme with "iamareebjamal"s S3 ripple mod. I have tried both and still don't know. So which one do you fellow xda'ers suggest for me?

been using simplicity v5. as for launcher, using holo. much better than touchwiz. Can have own number of icons on the app drawer (use 5x5) plus fit more along the dock, hide apps I don't use, and use folders. Go Launcher EX is good too.
Holo launcher has good features but i do not like its looks. I only like touchwiz icons. Maybe if i tried modding holo launcher to make it look like touchwiz, but it requires effort, and personally i am very lazy.

I do like the Rom's screenshots, although 2.5 stuck in boot for half an hour, even after the 2.5.1 patch.

No Temple Run yet for us.

Try searching Temple Run Armv6 on Google. But they will all have pixel glitch. If you can fix it then good for you. People are also posting lag free Subway Surfers armv6 on Ace Themes and Apps section.

Try using chainfire 3d and/or seeder. i used cf3d and it works almost perfectly.

Guys i've bought this app and i' ve seen that there are a lot of options for root user. (In sales now). I've seen that there is a RomManager in it. My question is, This Rom Mangare works like The Fatal Rom Manger for our ACE??

It is not fatal..its a nice app all things in one place..
its a very good app with a lot of functions only the rom manager doesnt work on ace (you know)
btw. some features are only in free version (?!)

I just put reserection on it and camera does not work and sd card is mounted as mnnt which drives me insane
Also I am already missing the notification light off my desire, is there any way to have the menu button flash for notifications ?

Hi,
First off, galaxy s2 is still an amazing phone compared to the beasts released this year, fulfills every need at great speed and life.
I would recommend to you the Hyperdroid rom, it is simply the best where speed, life, response and its simplicity matters. I am a very happy user, thanks to Hyperdroid team, it wouldn't have been possible for me not to worry about its battery life and yet get great performance. It's based off official Samsung rom, so everything is guaranteed working. Best combination would be Hyperdroid rom + Redpill kernel which is also made by the same dedicated team, props to them. You won't be disappointed
Regarding the notification light, yes it very much possible, if I'm not wrong it requires a custom kernel like redpill...or any other of your choice. From the play store, type in BLN notification.

Why not try some other launcher, such as Go Launcher, ADW, etc, in place to pick a full ROM?
You mean I can put adw. On top of miui, I'm gonna give that a try. Also is there any way to make a log of all the websites visited through any browser and have that remotely accessible?

I can recommend you AndyX Rom
I'm currently using v14 of this rom on SGS2 and for me it's just what I need
Many apps/settings included in this rom makes using the phone much faster and easier
It also includes Apex lancher mentioned by indresh88 which I guess is the best lancher

Indeed. If you want a smooth MIUI-launcher you have to flash a MIUI-rom Cause even with updates it stays laggy etc.

Guys i did alot of mods of my galaxy s3 , i installed MS HD TEAM rom , it is awesome but i am still bored, i converted my camera to galaxy s4 camera But stilllllllll i am bored from it !!

Thx ! But the problem that since i started the roms world and the root and those things i can't stop !!! i knew every thing can be known and tried many roms but i can't stopppp and i want to stop and start USING my phone in games and those things !
Install a lite ROM , like super nexus and use siyah kernel for good performance and buy games from the play store , there are many good games like vice city, order and chaos , asphalt , modern combat , dungeon hunter 4 and other cool games
