Verizon updated "Verizon Messages" today. I installed it on my Note 2 and my Tab 2 7.0. Now my text messages sync between them and my PC. It's actually quite impressive. It's in the Play Store.

Possible. Might not matter what rom you run. Might not work on anything but stock. I'm unrooted, stock.

yep. im on cleanrom acec and i cannot install it...
Im in cleanrom ace 4.5 and I got it just fine. Also downloaded it to my nexus 7. My wife is furious that I can text her from my tablet but she cant text me from hers (icrap mini) and she has the iphone 5 so she uses imessage a lot. Except when she texts me.
For once verizon did a great job in getting this app to the play store. Ive only been using it since I saw the original post. Thank you for the tip on this

Mighty text has holo ui, that alone makes it better. The Verizon app is quite ugly.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing.
Is anyone else getting an expired time warning? Maybe some with a P-7500 cpuld be so kind to check samsung appstore for an update and post the apk here ? The normal (non HD) version on getjar had same problem. Fixed it with an update.
The one I had from getjar said it had expired this morning. It actually made me very happy. I found that XDA Premium HD app is in the market just released today and on sell 50% off. It's been running great! There are many differences as to where and how to do things so it's taking a bit to get used to and find where to do what I want when it's in a different place, but so far I've found everything and more! It's great to know I'm supporting XDA again also. Even though it so little money.
I don't know why the other said it expired, but thank goodness it did.

If you hit the back key you can get rid of the expired message. I also decided to purchase XDA premium HD! on sale for 99¢ and I am proud to say my very first market purchase, after 2.5 years of Android!
Awesome app compared to tapatalk HD, and loving that I got to support XDA in the process.
First post from my new app as well, come on guys for 1/2 to 1/3 the price of a cup of coffee support xda!
I know boosting paid apps is prob against some xda forum rule, but this is for xda's own appp........and it's awesome.

Sure there is... its called supporting xda with by getting one of the paid versions.
Really though I suggest the HD version highly and for only 99 cents right now for no nag screens and a free ICS upgrade when it comes out. Couldn't be more worth it.

I've been a lurker on this site since I bought my Samsung Infuse one year ago. Now I have the Galaxy Note (with flapjaxxx UCLF6 ROM) and I couldn't be happier.
But I have a question. I'm unable to download apps such as Widgetlocker, Super Status Bar, etc. Is there a way to fix this in the UCLF6 ROM? Any help would be appreciated.

So, the download no longer works for the neon touchscreen version. Had this a week ago and it worked but when I switched to Jedi I didnt back it up. Now I cant install it. Can anyone confirm or send to a new link?

It may be as simple as downloading the package, pulling the apks and side loading the apps. Nothing there I really care about though.
A lot of the features will need framework support. This is a leaked "official" Samsung ROM...unless a dev wants to take the time to try to port some of the new stuff, we probably won't see them until the international version gets updated to 4.2.2.

You can get floating mulitwindows by using xposed and changing the android system resolution to tablet resolution save and reboot and you'll have working floating windows

I am new to android, new to this Galaxy Note 2 Verizon, and new to root, etc. I came here, I used Casual. I put Jellybean 21 on my phone.. I used titanium to restore my apps and app settings.. I am really happy with it so far, and I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone. I have a few questions about being able to put apps on the SD? but those can wait. Mostly saying HELLO and is there an ap. THanks.
In the play store search for xda. The is a free and premium app. I bought the premium to support xda, but I use Tapatalk since I can use it for multiple forums.
