i would like to download and app from the market but it says not available in your country.
can someone help me by uploading it here or via pm or email. if its free of course i don't know if it is or not cause it wont let me get that far.
the app is called clipfish. its a german app i believe. id like to listen and watch to music and videos from another country and this app seems right up my Alley.
if anyone could help that'd be great!
I'm not sure but if copyright of this App is ON maybe you can't install it, anyway search for "MarketEnabler" application in the market. (I can't post link's because I'm new and I need at least 8 post's)
I personally never try it but i read a good stuff for it.
I found it when i search for a same problem with my app in the market, but my issue was that it was filtered for the developer device and i didn't check it.

Just read the comments for that enabler app. Some people are saying that it doesn't work with market v3.2 which is what I'm using. So I'll wait and see if it gets updated.

There are 2 apps with Market Enabler name (with space and without a space between 2 words)

I have tried both now and this one does work better but still it doesn't allow me to get the app.

Is the app perhaps available on other markets? I know AndroidPit and AndroidTapp are both making their own, there was another one too, they are springing up all over the place.

I am rooted. It still doesn't work for me. I've tried to use it in as many variations as I can think.
I'm thinking since it is a German app for German music, videos, etc. That its all copyrighted specifically to Germany. Which makes me sad.

The title pretty much explains it all. Been looking for JT's latest kernel with the GPS fix for a while, but have not been able to find it. Some people say that there is a link in his twitter feed, but a google search for "JT1134 twitter" brings me to a twitter feed that is barely populated.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Unfortunately you have to flash a nightly to get it...all the links I found are broken and like you said I couldn't find it on twitter either. if you want a kick ass kernal with gps fix, look up glitch v13rc from market.

yep and well worth it...also it has an auto update feature that's really nice, you can swap between different leakages really easy. I like how bln times out and gps takes all of 3 sec to lock with 5ft accuracy indoors!!!!

best way of getting latest jt kernel is to download the latest nightly then open it up with winrar and pull the img file out and put it in the miui zip or do w/e you want with it.

i couldnt find the whole TF Prime section last time i used it ... id rather use a browser anyway ...
I like the "Favorites" option in the app and I haven't found a way to do that in the website version.

I just changed it. Unsubscribe to the prime thread and logout. Log back in and add prime to favorites and it will be there.
You may just have to logout and login though.
I think the subforum was added after you created the favorite????

Well I am starting this Thread for users to add useful APPs that they have found to improve their Nook hd and hd plus tablets. Here is the download
amazon market, Adobe Flashplayer. Feel free to add your own that way we don't have to Google our hands off searching for every little APK to improve our tablet.:good:
Seriously you guys can add apps at anytime just by hitting reply I found those two, now if you guys have any other apps that you find useful feel free to add them so other people can find them useful as well.

I don't understand what you are getting at, I have sideloaded 25+ apps on my Nook HD and I havent had a problem yet?
Are you asking people to post working .apks? Cause thats a long, long list...
I just use Astro File manager (anything that backs up apps would work) on my phone, drag the .apks to my computer and sideload them via adb to my Nook HD... Takes a little longer than downloading .apks from some site, but this way they are directly from the play store.
Ok That's great that you have found a way to easily install apk files to your nook, yes, my intention was to get a long list of apps that work nook that way future users don't have to scour the internet searching for apps. I understand your point, I know some people don't see the logic in helping others, I get that. I am sorry you don't understand good natured intent.

Yeah most apps that I've tried worked except for a handful. Even though the market sometimes says device isn't compatable I download them from another source and the run fine most of the time. List would be neater with apps that don't work for it.

You may have a good point there, also if the latest version of an app doesn't work see if we can try older versions to see if those work sometimes older versions can be compatible while newer versions are not.

What do you mean by "side loading" because side loading means using ADB to push install apk files. You have to have your nook rooted, and have flashed the zip that gives you the ability to install from unknown sources. If you are trying to flash it, through CWM, that won't work on this tablet. All you have to do is install it as you would any other apk file that you have downloaded no need to "side load"

I have now, and it appears to work. I did have to install the 1mobile market app first, but I've since removed it.

Hi, I have never used comixology but from what i understand it tries to do specialized zooming from panel to panel as you said, I am not sure if it is preset by the authors or if it tries to use a algorithm to decide it, anyway non of that really matters, no manga watcher just show full pages on screen and you can choose zoom width, zoom height, of zoom page. it also has the option for dual pane in landscape. I will say it is one of the smoothest comic readers i have used almost as good as komik. Again thoughit doesn't do any speical zooming from panel to panel and i honestly think that might be choreographed by a person on comixology.

I installed the latest build and all of my apps restored and updated. I am using Apex launcher and have apps hidden in the app drawer. I do not have the Play Store hidden but it doesn't appear in the app drawer but it is installed. Any ideas or theories?

I did read the OP. And it is in the Q/A board. Without the thread title pointing to a specific issue the thread is by default a general Q/A thread about the build. There is especially no need to be prickly about it as the OP question was quickly answered. Asking other questions in this thread keeps the board uncluttered and bumps fewer threads off of the first page.
Jin5, about 20 Google searches taught me nothing. I'd just play with it if I were you. I don't see experimenting with this feature nesting anything up.

The point is for people who are searching for this problem they can easily find it but it's hard to find it if people start asking questions that have nothing to do with the way the thread is going. That's why I say this, this may be in the Q&A section, but it's not a free for all.

I change my DPI to 200 and never have had any issue (still don't) and I'm running the original play store that came with the ROM. If you are still having issues after doing a full wipe and re-installing gapps try doing a search for a multi-dpi play store. You may have to pull it from another ROM.

OP's question has been answered. (Of course googling couldve told him changing the DPI results in this happening, so there wasn't a reason to start it in the first place )
