About the ROM:
We all know the JJ'Hybrid rom AOSP & Sony. Well this is a small continuation of that rom. Updating some and including some improvements.
Of course Bootloader supports locked & unlocked
First of all to thank JJ for his great work and his great contribution to the community.
FEATURES:
The rom is a mix of software and AOKP Sony ICS, ie mix of android and open source software for our terminal Sony sack with the advantages that entails. What are characteristics of both systems.

HOW TO INSTALL THE ROM:
REQUIREMENTS:
Rooted Xperia ARC
ICS 431 or 587 LT15i or LT18i base sotware
CWM recovery Installed
INSTALL PROCEDURE:
1.- Put ROM archives in SDCARD
2.- Stard in Recovery
3.- Wipe data & cache
4.- Wipe Dalvik Cache
5.- Install zip o restore backup nandroid
6.- Apli Mod or Restard

Important new system instalation to BL OPEN and CLOSED
Now port to NEO NEOV and RAY
Many changes but few references to performance improvement or bug's solution compared to 2.3
Framework:
Themed menus Black with gray matter.
-Changed pathlogo, fondé default screen.
-Removed the option to display the input method (keyboard) to write in the notification bar. Now not appear. Reason ... can be configured in settings-> language and script.
Apps:
-They have themed all possible Inverted Apps.
-The only one that I could not have been contacts and is themed as possible.
Localcontacts and PicoTts removed. Localcontacts no longer served at all in this rom. PicoTts and tts folder are GoogleTts 4.5 mb vs 6mb so I preferred to leave this.
-Themed widgets have left many semi-transparent very nice.
-Substituted by the SlimFilemanager CMFileManager. Besides that weighs four times less fully functional root access is super simple and efficient.
-Changed Digital Clock widget by AOKP with Motorola clock timer. We sacrifice the digital clock timer. Something visual for something effective.
-New icon for connected DLNA devices

-Replaced bootanimation with a new simple and light. 1.4 mb vs 260kb
-Replaced AOSP sounds by default and now sounding the AOSP, included only 3 SE classics

-Completely rebuilt since version 1.0 HDMI to solve problems that already works again.
-Added the Xperia S default keyboard. To avoid the problem of vibration.
-Added more gapps to avoid problems like VoiceSearch.
-Added google Ears because it works well and what occupies.

ROM control is giving all sorts of problem. CPU setting defaults to ondemand on every restart. Memory kill keeps changing on restart. Lockscreen mods not working. Notification doesn't show counts..

Reboot your device in CWM
Choose install zip from sd card
Make a full data wipe-factory reset
Wipe cache and Dalvik cache
Wait for installation to finish, reboot and follow the sony setup wizard through the rest of the setup process.
Reboot again and enjoy!

My bad, camera was broken when I tested it, really slow rom after a fresh install, and themes are annoying to me...

Really slow rom??!! Really??! Camera is by Cybershot by Rizal Lovins. Themes are one of the most sober themes. Sorry it doesn't go good for you but I can guarantee, you must have made wrong somewhere. Can you elaborate the steps you followed?

Sorry, I was kinda angry yesterday and my installation was really unsuccessful ... Couldn't understand why the background was so blue, then I figured the themes were involved, then I tried to change the hour in 24h format, then I tried the camera and it said "no camera blabla" so I quit.
But I think I should have flashed back the stock rom before installing yours, I came from Iced Bean 3 and I had that kind of issue with cybershot mod before...
Think I may be the only one, so no big deal.
Again, I found that it was a bit slow, but I'm used to loading a lot my phone with "swiftkey" and "green power" apps, and I don't care about flash installed... My use of the phone is maybe in cause too.
Sorry for my bad temper.

This rom looks very very nice. I like this "old" semc style. If I had more time I will try it with alfs kernel.
One thing to OP. If you are going to make next version can you make separate zip with timescape? I really like this app but it's drain ram what is not cool.

Which alfs kernel work better by this Rom ??

Try alfs 09c/cm7 version fi it works good no need to flash alfs 08 cm7.Remember you should flash libsensor patch for alfs 09c.

Im improve some tweaks, for example, im add custom GingerXperia Settings in menu, overclock option in GingerXperia settings, Back Buttond ends call, ultra brignest, GingerXperia Settings is very beatiful, like cmparts, im fixed FC with dialer, and im added new option for transparente BG in MMS, and more, this relase is update to the date and sync with CM7 Sources.
To use this with custom kernel you need to use alfs addon....

Hi xperiafan13 can you add a instruction in the 1st page how to install this rom on alfs09c,alfs08 and stock.I think it will be better because not all members know how to install the rom and writte questions how to install and etc.When you will do that it would be very nice,waiting for next relase,always like the gingerxperia serie.

just flashed your rom.
Till now it seems to be working nice except from a problem. Stock keyboard for a reason keeps crashing on most cases of calling it before showing but in some other cased it works normally.
edit:cleaned cache of keyboard and seems to be working after re-settings it.
Now.. This mod doesnt work with neo v LIGHT OFF BUTTON on any rom so i reccomend you to remove it

HI bro...it seems i can now settle with this rom after a long era of flashing...its fantastic.
but as always...some bugs...for me xloud doesn't work...no effect on ticking-unticking it.
will report more...it feels very light weight and snappy.

Some serious bug...which is persistent in every Rom based on the idea of hybrid of stock and aokp...all of a sudden the lockscreen becomes buggy. For some time all goes well...then all of a sudden...when the lock circle is touched...the phone reboots with endless bootloop. The problem is that once this problem starts...you can't unlock the phone and reflashing the Rom with all wipes is the only option.
One way to bypass this problem is to go to settings from status bar without touching the unlock circle and disabling the lockscreen from security menu...or change the screen security to none,pin,pattern or password unlock...bcoz the bug is only with the slide unlock method.
This bug is present in beautifulICS Rom too by dinesh which is also a hybrid Rom.
I can't reproduce the exact conditions when the problem starts...but it's a serious bug...so plz try to fix it.
Other small bugs are not that imp...but this one needs immediate attention.
And yess...one more thing...I am facing huge battery drain...vengeance kernel,smartassv2,sio,1200mhz.
I think windowsmanager.maxevents=240 is too much.

will you release updates as patches or main rom file again? Because for locked bootloader this means re-installing everything from the beggining
