Hey guys! I have a big problem! I don't like the look of my phone and i want to change a bit...but i need to root my phone..can someone help me please to root my phone....Also if someone knows if i can change the look to the Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Style...i mean status bar Icons and settings menu?

Hello, all this day morning i was browsing the internet for kitkat rom for my phone (prestigio 4040), but i didnt found anything usefull. So, i decided to ask you, if its possible to install kitkat android into my device? Or at least can i intall jelly bean into this phone? Please, help someone. I want the statusbar to hide whenever i pull down the notification drawer.Moreover I would be grateful if
someone could provide a way to get quick settings in the jellybean way(to click a button to switch to quicksettings panel)
Please provide a solution as soon as possible. I am attaching my SystemUI.apk and Framework-res.apk .
