Play Store Installs Error - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

When I try to install apps from the play store it says I have insufficient storage space. I am using beans 11 with sdcard swap. Accoring to the setting storage page I have more than enough internal storage space. How can I correct this?

Telling me I don't have enough storage but I do.

Hey guys I have about a gig of free space on my internal storage and close to 10 gigs on my SD and my phone keeps telling me to free up space when I try open the gallery. Any ideas?

If you're rooted and dirty-flashed a rom, you can get the same error. I had the same issue awhile back with a particular rom I flashed/upgraded. Hope that helps.

could be not enough room in the system partition due to the way some apps work?
just guessing but the space it needs might not be in the partitions you are looking at?

[Q] Insufficient storage available

I'm running the cm-10.1-20130927-Nightly and when I try to update of upload apps, I keep getting "Insufficient storage available" despite having 3.48 GB available on the internal memory. Any suggestions?
Additional Info
Weirdly enough, it's just Twitter, Facebook, Google Search and Google Voice that won't update. I've tried deleting apps, no help. Weirdly, I was able to download Google Hangouts, but after deleting Twitter, I was unable to download it back.
Yes this happens when the storage goes for mismatch. Share the rom version

Anyone know how to free system storage memory

I have a problem with system storage memory. I don't know why its full all the time, sometimes I can't install apps because it says insufficient storage. Whenever I uninstall application it gives me more memory but when I update apps it takes away memory.
Does anyone know how to fix or somehow free this system memory storage?
I attached screenshot of the about screen on settings from my phone and screenshot of the storage.
