it's the stock one as previously said
personally i don't like them compared to fancy widget pro.

I've been searching but couldn't find the answer of my question.
Is there a app or other way to lock certain tiles of the home screen to disable pressing actions on these tiles? I just want to be able to press my widgets and icons, not the free space.

You need to flash the whole rom because apps depend on the framework just like htc sense
