Hey, This is my first piece work.
any way.
I have managed to Port the JB Galaxy Nexus boot animation...
It look like this.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uuujV6f6_w
Link : https://www.box.com/s/v737vf2k0vvwq7ng9pub
If that does not work Try
: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BzVqALAzulVxdGZ4RzZZckNfQjQ
THIS NEEDS ROOT!
Do not try this on 2011 xperia Phones!
How to:
-Download the .Zip file and place on SD CARD.
-Open Root Explorer MOUNT R/O
-Go to /system/media change the permissions of the file "Bootanimation.zip" to Reed, write, execute.
-Copy the bootanimation.zip and paste it on sd card (THIS IS THE BACKUP just in case you don't like the Nexus animation..
___________________________
-Then go to /system/media and delete "bootanimation.zip"
-Then move the New "bootanimation.zip" file to system/media [the one from me]
___________________________
Now just restart your phone and ENJOY.....
I think if you can get the zip file and just swap it in, it may work. But of course backup first just in case

You mean make them bigger ?
Here are notification and ringtones from the Nexus
HOW TO USE:
1. On your SD card make a folder called "media"
2. Make another folder into it called "audio"
3. Make 2 folders one called "notifications" and the other called "ringtones"
4. Extract the zip, and go into the ringtones folder in the zip, copy or move them in to sd/media/audio/ringtones for the notification sounds.
If u already have one:
Directly Extract and go to sd/media/audio/ringtones and paste it...
WANT TO FLASH
1.DOWNLOAD FLASHABLE ZIP
2.GO RECOVERY
3.MOUNT SYSTEM
4.INSTALL ZIP/CHOOSE NEXUS.ZIP
5.FINISH INSTALLING

Extracting the apk breaks the apk (Signature)
So to do this you need a computer. Can't do this on phone.
1st way:
-Open the apk with WinRAR (without changing the apk extension)
-Simply drag & drop the D.O.C's files in respective folders & click OK on prompt.
-Push into system with correct permissions.
2nd Way:
You have to decompile the apk, replace files, recompile, sign it & then push it into your system.
Cheers!

Try apk multitool... If you want to just make some images changes just extract it and make changes then pack it... If it needs xml changes then you will have to decompile and compile... These can be done with apk multitool...

I meant that don't rename the file to .zip. You can open .apk file by Right click > Open with > WinRAR. Now just drag & drop D.O.C.'s files in the RAR. Window in respective folders then click Ok.
Cheers!
