I use AccuWeather app and location never update to the correct one. No lock screen oprion for weather. Any suggestion for setting to get this? Or other app suggestion?

Is ur GPs working properly? Is AccuWeather allowed to use the GPS?
No Lockscreen option? In Accuweather? Impossible, I am using Accuweather, because of the LS option - so I have all the data I need right on my LS.
Go to settings, then lockscreen, and there for wallpaper set accuweather. It has to work! Also, u can set it from the app itself.

My brother's phone (GT-S5570) has this option in which he can set different wallpaper for lockscreen and homescreen with inbuilt feature. here is a screenshot. My phone (GT-i5801) doesnt have this feature either.
EDIT: Well, I'm not sure if its because of additional app that he installed, but he said it was there from before.

this feature is also available on the the htc tattoo i have but not on our phone
I'm sure there must b a way...
If its on the S5570, why not our i5800/5801

Does your lockscreen give you an option to unlock or camera?
If so that is AOSP and it won't work with the weather widget.
I am sure it can be fixed but I have no idea and haven't attempted.
If your not using it then no idea, I thought he kept the files for it to work.

I have the Accuweather app and the AOKP lockscreen and the 1x4 wiget works fine. Or are you trying to use the weather wiget on the lockscreen? Try the 1x4 on the home screen and use no background collor...

There is a lockscreen weather widget included with the official builds.
Which is also in the Settings.apk for you to turn on and off but only works on Samsung lockcreen.
Your way is the only easy workaround as of now, I suggested it for others.

The Samsung (Circle) lock screen is an add on in the second post of the SHOstock2 thread. So if you want to use the weather on your lock screen you can change to the other lock screen. The clock position in the settings also only applies to the circle lock screen. You don't need the accuweather widget installed for the weather on the circle lock screen to work.

I'm running RootBox Android version 4.2.1 and the cLock widget does not display my calendar or weather. I had the same problem with the same widget on another CM10.1 ROM. Am I missing something to enable it or is it just not working?

Long press the widget to edit, then drag it down to extend it. If you have the options of calendar/weather enabled it will show them.
Download dash clock widget. Cool app. Shows time(obviously), weather, calender,gmail, texts and twitter updates. You can set it to show whatever you like

Is there a way to manually set your location? Pressing the weather widget and downloading the weather channel app doesn't do anything for me. I don't want to turn on location access to conserve battery.

I wonder the same thing,,,I dont want to change my EYE IN THE SKY weather app for the Weather channel flat ugly style, I wanna be able to port or reassign that icon weather in the theme to the weather app Im actually using .
My weather widget has stopped displaying the weather and now just says: UNKNOWN, ??
I have the Yahoo weather app installed, and if I tap the widget, it opens Yahoo Weather and it show correctly. Any idea what is wrong?

I've pinpointed the problem to having the Location (GPS) radio turned off. This is a new Galaxy S5. If I leave the GPS on, the weather widget displays normally. I am coming from a Galaxy Note 2 and on that device I did not need to have GPS turned on for the widget to work.
