Which rom are you trying to flash? some require you to wipe data/factory reset after flashing the rom or you get stuck in a bootloop.

Hi, i was charging my i9100 via USB. Tried to turn on the screen and the phone reboots.
Now, i am in bootloop. Can't access recovery mode. But can into download mode.
So i flashed different ROMs via ODIN and always bootloop. Tried with the last stock ROM and a branded ROM, and also flashed dorimanx kernel.
Never boots, it only changes the animation on the start, but still in bootloop.
Any ideas?
I can go into recovery mode now, but still cant boot any ROM. Help!

First do multiple cache+dalvik cache clear and reboot to see if it helps else
Do a full wipe(data+cache+dalvik cache) and then proceed to flash a rom
Gud luck mate

Boot into stock recovery Volume up + Home+ Power then factory reset wipe cache and reboot do this after every flash as standard to stop bootloops.
i tryed everything is it possible that it is a hardware problem? should i keep trying?
As the above senior member mentioned.
You could try it.
You can also re-flash the latest stock OS. You can download it from sammobile or you can plug in your device in computer and update or re-flash the OS via KIES.

Hello there i was using CyanogenMod 13 (Nightlies) on my Galaxy S3 i9300.For some reason i've got to reset my phone.Simply i went to settings and from there i performed the Factory Reset but when the mobile restarted it got stuck at TWRP recovery logo (it didn't successfully perform the resetting process).
Now i can only go to Download Mode.
Any help would be appreciated.
Did you go into twrp and wiping cache and formatting data?

Sir you mean Download the Stock Firmware and Flash it with Odin..........!
Is that the solution to my problem!
Yes. The only one.
Afterwards root, TWRP, efs-backup, any CustomROM.

Flashed a Stock ROM with Odin and everything is great..
Thanks
Ok so, after many attempts I decided to ask for help here.
Months ago my old s3 "died". My brother was using it and it rebooted itself. From then it's still locked on SAMSUNG boot animation.
I've tryed many solutions. At first I thought it was the power button because in the past it gave me random reboots so... I removed it
No luck.
I'be bought a JIG, booted in download mode (or fastboot? nevermind) and completely installed the original ROM and firmware via Odin.
Another time, no luck.
The phone it's still locked on boot logo. On battery it cannot go beyond the first black and white screen, on charger it stucks on the SAMSUNG colored and animated one.
I have tried to change the battery but still no luck.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Did you perform a factory reset from recovery mode after flashing a stock ROM and before booting the phone for the first time?

No I didn't. I'm going to try this and will report here, thanks.
Btw, flashing stock firmware doesn't wipe all possible datas?
No, don't reset if you don't want to lose all data.

Flash the stock firmware, factory reset, flash the stock firmware AGAIN. Remnants will remain if you don't flash twice with a reset in between.
