SGS2 hard bricked - need flash (emmc) i.c for samsung galaxy s2 i9100. please help!!!

few days ago i was trying to flash latest resurrection aokp rom ( Jelly bean ) for galaxy s2 i9100
however i got a black screen in middle ( 50%) and then my s2 could not be turned on
i thought it might be soft bricked so i tried all the button combinations and then usb jig but nothing worked
then i took it to a repair guy and tried to get jtag service
but the jtag service also did not worked and the repairing guy told me that the jtag process is hanging in between and flash ic ( emmc ic ) of my samsung galaxy s2 gt-i9100 is damaged and i need to get it changed, else there is no solution
i again tried jtag from few other repairing experts .. but all told me the same.
I am a student and i cannot afford to loose my expensive $$$ galaxy s2 which i bought by saving my pocket money
so can anyone help and tell me that from where i can get the flash ic ( emmc ic ) for my samsung galaxy s2 i1900 ? .. so that i can get the old ic (integrated circuit) repaired with new ic by doing hot soldering and then get the jtag service to bring my galaxy s2 back to life ?
i will be very thankful for help and support.
Thank you in advance

[Q] Jtag unreparable.

Hi Friends,
Recently i got my new i777 (Samsung Galaxy S2 AT&T model ) and while flashing the slimbean rom via cwm from a stock kernel got my i777 (Samsung Galaxy S2 AT&T model ) hard bricked. Guess what i never thought that my device could even get this worse. More over as it was hard bricked ( as it looked completely dead ), i live in india so no device warranty or support was found from Samsung officials. So thinking that i would get my deivce jtag from the professionals, but after approaching three of them, they all said that my device could not be jtag as its BootIc is corrupted. So the jtag option is also out of reach. So i am asking is can the SOC or motherboard can be repalced by new one to get my device ressurected. Any professional advice is appreciated. Thank you guys for reading this. And by SOC i meant to say this ( look in the attachments ).

Hi,
got the same problem. Since my phone is still within warranty time Im not sure if I will go all the way to TP. But I got a question to better understand our possible problems:
1. How did you brick it?
2. Did you try the Meta mode recovery?
Thanks!

Can I replace any variant of motherboard on the SC-06D?

Hello everyone! My S3 recently got it's motherboard broken and I was planning to replace it.
I was wondering if I can replace it with any variant's motherboard.
For example the I9305 motherboard or do I need the same exact motherboard for the SC-06D?
Any help would be appreciated
You need the same board.
