I've been on this rom for 4 days now and there's still no decrease in performance. I dun know about others but i usually get 185+ free ram which is not bad for multitasking and gaming at all. And yeah HD games like RR3, NFS MW, Amazing Spidey, Sims Freeplay works amazingly well.
Can't expect more from a device with 2 years old Hardware.

HOW-TO INSTALL ROM
For Unlocked Bootloaders: Flash any Kernel for stock ICS.
For Locked Bootloaders: Root your phone using this tutorial, than install CWM using this app
Place ROM on SD-Card
Back up user apps and data. (Various apps available, search Google Play. This is a popular one)
Power off phone.
Boot to CWM (Keep pressing the Volume Down key after the Sony logo appears)
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Mounts and Storage --> Format /System
Advanced > Wipe Battery Stats
Install zip from SD card > Choose Xperia Ultimate HD
Follow on screen instructions on AROMA.
After Complete Installation untick "reboot" and select reboot in CWM
Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy your brand new phone!
HOW-TO INSTALL OVER-THE-AIR UPDATE
Settings --> Ultimate HD Advanced --> System Updates
System Updates --> Check for Updates ---> Download
After the Download Finished, Boot to CWM
Install Zip from sdcard --> Choose Zip from sdcard ---> sdcard/OTA-Updater/HDx.x.zip
Reboot & Done

Download ROM and place in sd card
Install Zip from sdcard --> Choose Zip from sdcard ---> sdcard/xperia ultimate hd x.xx.zip
Advanced > Wipe Dalvik Cache
Wipe Cache Partition

My opinion: Rom works very smooth has a lot of free rom memory and good ram to use. This rom is one that you need to try i'll try it for 1 week and comment about gaming performance n,n

You need to do all formats: Factory reset, wipe cache partions, format cache, format data, format system and wipe dalvik cache. Then go to flash zip and install it following Aroma instructions n,n/ is a really great rom for now i'm happy with it the only bug is that DefaultThemes.apk doesn't working correctly btw i don't need dat haha

Yes your the only one s: my only problem is DefaultTheme.apk all is working perfect actually is really smooth for now and i have installed all my apps running on background

1: flash normally .587 ftf
2: flash kernel from .562 ftf
3: root device
4: install cwm by X Parts on google play
5: flash original kernel from .587
after that just copy this rom to your sd go cwm do all wipes that i say:
Factory reset/Wipe cache partions/Mouns and storage: format cache/format data/format system and Advance: Wipe Dalvik cache
after that just install this rom normally

HOW-TO INSTALL ROM
For Unlocked Bootloaders: Flash any Kernel for stock ICS.
For Locked Bootloaders: Root your phone using this tutorial, than install CWM using this app
Place ROM on SD-Card
Back up user apps and data. (Various apps available, search Google Play. This is a popular one)
Power off phone.
Boot to CWM (Keep pressing the Volume Down key after the Sony logo appears)
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Mounts and Storage --> Format /System
Advanced > Wipe Battery Stats
Install zip from SD card > Choose Xperia Ultimate HD
Follow on screen instructions on AROMA.
After Complete Installation untick "reboot" and select reboot in CWM
Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy your brand new phone!
HOW-TO INSTALL OVER-THE-AIR UPDATE
Settings --> Ultimate HD Advanced --> System Updates
System Updates --> Check for Updates ---> Download
After the Download Finished, Boot to CWM
Install Zip from sdcard --> Choose Zip from sdcard ---> sdcard/OTA-Updater/HDx.x.zip

Use the neo v patch, before flashing remove the build.prop from the zip!
And jan try putting these in your aroma! They will solve all issues for neo/v bro!

Rom works great so far. Smooth and nice. And camera is also not inverted like mentioned in an earlier post. But I'm unable to install Walkman, maybe its just me.
I'll wait for the ROM to settle and then report bugs, if any. :good:

MT11i boot problem
I have a mt11i with locked bootloader.
When i follow the installation process and after rebooting, my phone is stopped at sony logo.
kernel .587 (flash after rooting en .562)
any idea for proper install on NEO V ?
Peeps come on !!
You must do this:
Full factory reset
Wipe dalcik and cache
Wipe bat stat
And then DO THIS(very important)
Format system
Format data
Format cache

Installation Procedure:

**Read the additional instruction written in Blue**
Make sure you are on ICS .587 build
Download the Rom
Copy zip to SD card
Reboot into CWM
Factory Reset/Wipe Data
Wipe Cache Partition
Advance>Wipe Dalvik Cache
Mounts & Storage>Format System,Format Cache,Format Data
Install Revolution ICS HD.zip
Follow the Instruction in Aroma Installer
Untick Reboot, Reboot device from CWM, Fix Root if asks
Let the ROM settle down for 20-30 minutes & Enjoy!!
* To disable/enable On Screen Buttons, go to Settings>On Screen Buttons & disable/enable it then Reboot
* To change Lockscreen 1st disable On screen buttons then reboot, then change lockscreen & disable On screen buttons without reboot,then again change Lockscreen successfully
* Before playing games stop all ram eating applications which runs in the background with any task killer
* If you choose Xperia Z SystemUI then reboot again after 1st boot for statusbar to appear
* If you face problem with Status bar disappearance then untick full screen mode from SystemUI Preference
* To Mini Pro Users, Don't unlock your phone with slider because Lockscreen may get crazy
* If Music tab on Walkman player gives Force close issue then disable Devices.apk with Titanium or other programs or you ca delete SemcDlna.apk from System/app
Per App DPI/Xposed App
How to Use: Go to Settings>Display then click on per app dpi
Click on Install/Update then goto Modules & tick mark on Xposed App Settings then Reboot
Then go to dpi settings & find any app which you want to change per dpi
For SystemUI,turn the toggle on the insert 120/130/140 in DPI then save it
Then Reboot your device to see the changes. Your SystemUI is smaller & looking cute now
For Settings, insert 120/130/140 DPI & 600*1024 Screen (dp,px) then Reboot
This will enable dual pane in Settings like the provided Screenshot
To Revert back to original settings just turn off with the toggle then save then reboot

Testing in my lww bl locked , after flashing part 2 config not working and a lot of fcs, in music enhancements, in system ui, i choose jb launcher in aroma, anyway thanks for porting.
After flashing Revolution_ics_hd_part_2.zip it is stuck at boot logo (did the wipe dalvik cache)
Mesa kernel 3.2 (tried with 3.7), st15i
Seems to be great ROM. But it doesn't work for me (st15i - Lupus v3). After flashing 2nd part (and cleaning Dalvik cache) it stuck to kernel logo. I tried another kernel (MESA Hybrid v3.7), reflashed with and without cleaning Dalvik cache but the problem remains. Any suggestions?

installed successfully on my lww unlocked BL. lupus v3 kernel ....
Okay people who are having problem sorry for that. I didn't have enough time to test it with all the kernels. But I have tested with lupus V2 & stock extended. Will try other kernels now & report back. But I think, Mesa will not work for some reason. Also, I have to say this again, follow the instruction exactly step by step. Because I flashed the Rom more than 30 times & I didn't give me bootloop for once. But I am trying to figure out the problem

working on RAGE kernel 3.2... Bad things(at least for me):
-Lockscreen delay
-A bit of lag
-Modded Playstore (white problem,can t read Description,reviews,what's new)
-Messaging app is too white and eat battery ...if you can make black background + blue text will be perfect )
-Keyboard also white...the black xperia T is better

Okay I found the problem. Its kernel issue. Working with:
Stock Extended
Rage Kernel
Kernel Panic
Lupus Kernel V2 & V3 with only CWM Recovery
Radeon V3 with only CWM Recovery
Other kernels doesn't work with this ROM. (I don't know why for the time being) So people who had problem earlier please use any of the kernel I listed above & follow step carefully. Format system,reboot to system after flashing part 1, wipe dalvik cache after flashing part 2 are most important

Try changing kernel to lupus any kind of delay/lag will be gone. As for playstore,that's why I have made it as an option in Aroma. Just get Phonesky.apk from my aroma folder or any rom & push it to system. Messaging app is from Xperia JB its the latest.Keyboard skins can also be changed in Settings>language & input
(ST15i + LuPuS v3 Dual) bootloop problem remains (when rebooting after flashing part 2). I' m gonna try LuPuS v2.

Reboot to Recovery

install from SD card, browse to ROM n customise it up (Do I need to mention first boot is long?)

which kernel you recommend ?? MESA or KAPPA ?
EDIT: hmm , i noticed bug with mesa kernel ... when the installation starts nothing happens and install finished ... now im using kappa kernel
can you add reboot with normal and recovery in the power options ...just a suggestion
tried the rom..its very beautiful one...but there are lags in home,in standby there is very good battery standing ...i m using lww with lupus v5 kernels
i have no fc's in anything,games,apps are lagless..

tried NextGen as I promised. Good rom with recent features,scrolling is smooth & I liked the transitions effect really,also sound of click is something new. Many wallpapers to choose from & settings has totally new look :good::good: some suggestions: this rom needs performance boost. & update some of the apps like cybershot & calculator. Re arrange your aroma a bit more, & what's wrong with the dialer?I flashed phonebook package from my rom it works totally fine in your rom.so you can take phonebook package from any working rom & the issue with dialer will be solved take care & keep up the good work

HOW TO INSTALL
-use the kernel provided in the rom zip to flash this rom of lupus v7 (if u use any other kernel it wont boot up)
-reboot to recovery wipe only factory reset , cache partition and dalvik cache
-and flash the rom
-reboot
-complete the setup wizard (note u need xaimoi ac to start ur phone but can skip it by pressing the mi icon in setip wizard)

8-as soon the room boots to homescreen the icons are overlapping
again chill out goto launcher settings and 'cell layout type' to 4X4
9-camera shows only 1.3mp resolution
in camera setting disable wide mode u can access 5mp
10-how do i activate root
in homescreen goto security folder open permissions app -manage root - and activate it
11-there are some apps FC's in 3.4.26 versions
just reboot once or twice they will be gone
12-recent apps menu is not working properly
simple goto settings-buttons-and assign particular action for each hw button

The rom wont boot...
the provided boot.img in the MINIs zip is broken...
I cant use the CWM
I open it,but volume down acts as same as home button(enter action),and volume up button isnt reacting at all,same for the power button.Please try to fix both as sooon,because i have been waiting for MIUI v5 and especially for MIUI JB update :crying:

He means that lockscreen/pincode layout isnt fixed
Installation ok
and time to return the pin code, it is my 0000, but it was not his starts 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and no enter key
