What I changed from rmcc nightlies?
System:
- Fixed error with NFC not turning off
- Fixed audio issues(moved back to LG drivers)
- Fixed Dalvik VM config(RAM managment)
- Changed codecs and recording quality settings to Galaxy Nexus ones(thay fit AOSP camera app better, I guess)
- Changed CPU power managment settings to Galaxy Nexus ones - system part(rest changes in kernel)
- Changed default CPU governor from preformance to interactive - system part(rest changes in kernel)
- Added CRT animation
- Turned off 1080p recording in camera app. Why? Becouse it won't work now!
Kernel:
- Maximum CPU clock changed to 1200MHz(same as in Galaxy Nexus) without changing voltage, stability loss or decreasing battery life - remember that interactive governor will turn that freq on only if processor load is higher that 50% (I have no ****ing idea why it wasn't set in Ricardo builds, performance governor means only big battery drain to me)
- Maximum GPU clock changed to 384MHz(same as in Galaxy Nexus) without changing voltage, stability loss or decreasing battery life - also turns only if GPU load is high
- Ported interactive governor from AOSP kernel (branch android-omap-3.0)
- Fixed echo bug on U2 boards
What else needs to be done?
System:
- Figure out why 1080p recording is not working, right now I don't understand logcat errors given - my TI experience is not good enough for now This is my first device with this SOC
- Why don't have so much internal storage like in stock? Needs to be fixed
- Feature to wake device with home button
- Some secret suprise
Kernel:
- update with kernel.org trees(3.0.xx branch)
- add more CPU and I/O governors
- add option for CPU overclocking with voltage changing
After testing this build for some time and adding some needed fixes I will move to my clean AOSP 4.2.2 source, I need more time to port hardware **** to it.

On stock jb, app data is saving on internal memory, no matter if you move app to sd or keep it on internal. And this is the problem. We have now workaround like directory bind or script for replacing internal with sd but it makes phone slow a bit.
Sent from my LG-P760 using xda app-developers app
make 2 partitions on SD card and use LINK2SD maybe swapping the internal and external is stupid. nand is much faster ;l)
You should really add what phones this can be flashed on before some newbs flash it on their p769 and do some bricking.

Download in progress, but my connection is very slow. I will feedback when I will have the ROM. Just another question, is it possible to control BLD, and put BLN in the kernel (When we have a notification, the light of capacitive buttons will turn on until we wake the device, check the Nexus S, for example) ?
Thanks for your sooo great work.

Heck, max you could ever get out of it is around $35. Nobody cares much for a phone that doesn't have a dual core processor, a camera over 8MP, a screen over 4.5" with a resolution over 720p, and a front facing camera. The only way you could possibly get over $50 out of it is if you advertised the hell out of the fact it runs KitKat (eventually ).
yaay.. its run, thats the important thing. bugs is allowed here
this is great! i'll be following the progress on this rom with great interest!
thanks again
Now we may find out the real world benefits of Google's "low memory optimizations". Combined with ART some day, the Fassy might have a third wind.

Yes that is true. but for now it is lol. But vanir is coming soon. This will be considered stable when sdcard works because it is preventing camera , gallery , and google apps from working . Other than that it's stable and smooth other than the browsers graphical glitches and data which we know isn't working again just like 4.3
would be fun to see what it could do

CyanogenMod is an aftermarket firmware for a number of cell phones based on the open-source Android operating system. It offers features not found in the official Android based firmwares of vendors.
THIS ROM IS NOT MEANT FOR DAILY USE.
What works:
- SIM1 for phone calls (incoming/outgoing) and SMS, data (2g, 3g)
- Audio (mic, loudspeaker, headphones)
- most sensors (auto brightness seems to be broken, but sensor works)
- Wifi (not wifi direct)
- candy crush, facebook and twitter
What doesn't work:
- everything else: 2nd sim card, camera, (hw) video decoding, GPS, BT, FM radio, hw composer, rest of MTK specifics.

Greetings!

Weekly version 26/JULY/14! built in my HOME! Kernel 3.0.101 ION With Linaro GCC 4.9 Cortex A8 and O3 optimization
Well this latest build is awesome! The battery drain is gone; I did bump up the CPU minimum to 384 but the rest is working well. No crashes our hangs.
The ambient light sensor and exposure for the camera are borked, but that's to be expected.
[Edit] I should mention that I confirmed the second CPU is going offline correctly.
Sent from my Amaze 4G using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
@josegalre you should perhaps rethink your usage of the Linaro-4.9 toolchain in your builds and revert to version 4.8.x. There has been much discussion on the Linux forums about problems with GCC-4.9.x that the most recent Linaro toolchain is based upon. In fact Linus himself has submitted several major bug reports and cursed Debian for switching to it prematurely. Apparently there have been numerous instances where kernels compiled from it fail to boot or function correctly (among other things).
There is an article on Slashdot.org right now where he slams the developers for releasing a compiler that's so buggy that it can't properly compile his kernel. The article is entitled, Linus Torvalds: "GCC 4.9.0 Seems To Be Terminally Broken". Here is a link to the article that I'm referring to http://m.slashdot.org/story/205139

Friend several days ago I was reading about it, and The error which torvalds mentioned is in 4.9.0,
but it is unknown whether this in 4.9.1 (with which I build), at the time of build, I have no errors on MSM8660
in MSM8960 had some errors specifically on interactive governor, bugs fixed
thanks for being outstanding, and if necessary I will use 4.8.x, since before compiling with (4.7 stock)

Do you have xposed installed?
Xposed + art = crashes
No I don't have exposed installed. Maybe it was some other app I had I'm not sure. But its all good now. I'm reflashing the ROM now [emoji16]

One more thing. Not sure if anyone cares but it seems to me that the snapchat camera isn't affected by the exposure issues as much as the other cameras

I'm seeing something odd in audio. Notification sound and the ringer work fine, but Apollo, overdrive media console and sound previews that are supposed to play when you pick a notification sound or ringtone don't make a peep.
Sent from my Amaze 4G using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Apollo is skipping all songs at 0:00 and doesn't play any. Not a fan of this Apollo I use Poweramp anyway.
That's the only issue I've seen, using this cm11 since Saturday. All good
Sent from my Amaze 4G using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I couldn't play any audio without issues in the 26th build. The Ringer didn't even work.
send me logcat please, works for me everything related to audio

I need to raise in-call volume (personal preference)

Unless I'm totally misinterpreting your statement, which I most likely am
Working like a peach here, no FC's, very smooth indeed. Nice work OP my only criticism....its not 5.0 lollipop
very nice. I found that the microphone/speaker will give an error when using voip apps like "line" for example.
the phone also won't pickup my 5 GHz WiFi but only 3.5 GHz

I haven't played with custom kernels but if you do:
I will not provide ANY support since Omni will NEVER conform to kernels or third-party mods, the mods and kernels must conform to Omni
they MUST be AOSP-based kernels

While I did use the CM repositories for the device-specific stuff, the ROM itself is Omni, which is not like CM :good:
I've still got to cleanup the trees and get everything more organized but I've been using my stuff for the past few days and haven't had any issues.
I'll look into the VoIP thing tomorrow
@asem, I would recommend using Syslog to get your logs.
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 5.1.1 (LP), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:

BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ROM, MAKE SURE YOUR DEVICE MODEL IS THE SAME AS TITLE
IF YOU ASK ANY QUESTIONS LIKE "IS THIS FOR MODEL BLABLABLA" THEY WILL BE ALL IGNORGED
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
We'll not support users and answer questions from users which:
are running a custom kernel
have flashed mods
modified system files
didn't follow our intructions word by word
are unfriendly
And most important: DON'T READ THE OP
What's working:
Wifi (connection, tethering, etc)
Bluetooth (need quick patches in download link)
Camera, video codecs
RIL (Calls, SMS, mobile data)
Storage (both internal and external)
MTP storage (both internal and external)
Offline charging
zRAM (compressed-RAM swap)
GAPPS
Tethering (USB, Wifi, Bluetooth)
GPS
Sound recording
Torch (flashlight)
BUGS/Not working:
Laggy recorded videos. In this case, use MX Player, choose SW codecs when you play these videos, they will become normal
Switching to other fonts will get bootloops after restart. In this case, if you use TWRP recovery, go to File Manager >> delete "themes" from /data/system would help you escape this without factory reset
First time installing CyanogenMod 12.1 to your Galaxy Core Prime, or coming from another ROM:
Install TWRP Recovery
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
Install the ROM from sdcard using TWRP Recovery
Optionally install the Google Apps ( get it here: https://opengapps.org ) (pico GAPPS recommended)

Just saw them! This is gonna be daily driver on my phone. BTW, is there any possibility for that font-related bug to be fixed? I see it's there in GV CM12.1 since ages.
