i have some doubts and some things which i wanna know before i start so i wanted someone to help me
Just specifically ask then. Your question in the first post is too general, we wont know what u need by "help me creating a rom"
Start by modding an existing rom to your liking, it's a long way and you'll learn enough to start scratching at creating your own.
There's tons of tutorials and guides here. First things first, get root, get a custom recovery (cwm recovery by far the most used) and get familiar with android SDK, apk tool and the adb command line.

please read the xda user guide below and lean of the different areas of xda, and how to use the Advanced search page. And you will find many guides in the Android Software and Development section of xda.
hi everybody.this is my first thread in XDA ,if i make some mistake. welcome to point it out. i am just 16 and i come from China. my English is very very poor.and sorry for this.
and the main idea i want to say ,it's about the miui theme problem.someone said that they can't change the theme. and iwill tell you my mind.
1. create a new folder in data/system/theme
if you don't find the "theme " folder, add it.and don't put anything in this new folder.
2 the Miui theme you download don't need to move to that new folder.
3 when you want to change the theme. remember don't select the lock style or you will stay in the lockscreen forever !

It is if you haven't tried anything. Having a help section doesn't mean the first thing you do is make a thread. You TRY first YOURSELF. Thats the point of XDA. To learn. And it includes learning to try and learning to use the search button. If he has I have no issues. Bt if he had, there would be something in the first post about it.

Just download munjeni's jb Rom from sola dev thread.. You'll find everything you need in the zip.. Just extract n push it via adb or manually move it through file explorer to /system/app/:thumbup:
Ok...im using huawei y600-u151,i cant attach the picture here,idk why,its image off original android recovery with no command to execute..i already try press power button..but the image is only flashing..can u guys tell me what causing this problem....this all after using flashtool
