Think and read better then mate, flash kernel with fastboot means that you need to have an unlocked bootloader and not an locked becausenyou can't fladlsh a kernel with locked bootloader !!

Connect device wid usb debugging enabled (if possible)
Install adb
Execute adb
Type
$ adb shell
# logcat
