I have many canvas HD in my house. But only one of them lags a lot. It keeps hanging. I have tried ram booster and cleaning cache. Plz suggest something

If you have rooted your phone you have a wide variety of apps which could help in faster performance and better battery life:
1- Greenify (to save battery and increase performance)
2- Seeder (to get a lag free experience}
The one i personally used before rooting was Clean Master.

Thanks. But the phone is not rooted and very very few apps are installed on that phone. The transitions are not smooth
