So... just flash Stock FW: 4.0.A.2.368. (or .42) over cm with flashtool? Nothing to do with boot.img? Right?
Just flash it with flash tool. Tested and working like a brand new xperia mini
I tried to flash a newer ROM and it failed. And now my phone does not work. it tries to work but then freezes and ****s off. I have a t-mobile sony xperia Z. and I need the stock ROM so I can flash it back to original.

does anyone have the rom? I have the flasher. I just need to have the FTF to flash to the phone
Hello everybody on XDA,
I am new to flashing custom ROM's and I decided that I want Kitkat on my Xperia P.
Currently I have stock JB rooted with a Locked Bootloader.
I know I need to take the following steps:
Unlock my bootloader
Flashing/Fastboot the Kernel
Flash the rom with CWM
Flash the Gapps with CWM
Everything is clear to me how I should do it, except for fastbooting a Kernel.
I have looked on different threads with different kernels and they all seem like the have a different method of flashing/fastbooting it on my device.
So my questions are how do you flash/fastboot the CM 11 Kitkat Kernel by Percy_g2 for Xperia P?
There is a Newbies thread on installing Kitkat for Xperia U. Is the process the same for Xperia P?
Do I need to install CWM before I flash the Kernel or does it come with that Kernel?
Anything else I should know before attempting to install Kitkat (Tips or any important information I may have missed)

Use flashtool with the rom you want
Before flashing excludes everything but kernel
