Hi all,
just set up my new Xperia P. I sync with an Exchange account for all my emails, calendar and task management.
Now I'm at a loss: Is there really no way to show my tasks in the Xperia P?
Coming from other Android devices, my tasks always used to be supported by the calendar app. Not so in the Xperia P. Indeed, tasks do not show up in settings where you can decide which items to sync from the Exchange account.
Or did I miss anything?
As I rely heavily on tasks in Exchange, I'm thinking of returning the Xperia P if it doesn't support tasks out of the box.
(I haven't found a single third party calendar app that I like. One reason to buy the Xperia P was that the calendar, for once, doesn't suck. Or maybe it does.)
Many thanks, help is much appreciated!

I have two questions on the app and seeking your advice to set it.
1. How can I add Holiday calendar that is in other calendars of my Google Calendar in this app?
2. Colour code of each calendar - how can I change the colour code for each calendar as I notice one colour for two calendars.
Thanks!!
If you feel limited with stock calendar app you can try Jorte to help you on the tasks you can't do on stock.
Did you mean the built-in calendar does not provide such basic functions so I need additional app?

Havent really spend much time with the stock calendar app, so now it might support it, but from when I tried, it was so limited I changed to another calendar that fits my needs better.
Does anyone know if the built-in calendar provides the following functions?

for the first one you actually add the holiday calendar to your "Google calendar" on the web and it would be synced on your phone later.
for the second bullet I never though about it really. maybe android 4 supports it
My calendar events disappear after some time after creating them...
after a day? or few hours? not sure exactly when.
I use the stock calendar from Sony (in ROM: KA03 Xperia SSpeed.)
using my (only) calendar: Phone calendar
I do not sync the calendar.
The calendar widget does not show the event anymore, even when its not missing yet.
anyone knows why this happens and how to solve this
UPDATE: it seems to work now after some days I don't know how?
Hi,
I am unable to configure Exchange Active Sync on my sony Xperia Mini Pro mobile. I have found in other forums that Moxier can be used to configure MS Exchange Server on sony mobiles.
Could any one of you tell me if it is possible without using Moxier on the mobile. I want the configuration to be done through android provided Exchange Active Sync.
Kindly help.
Thank You.
Hello!
My phone is galaxy S5 with Android 4.2.2
I recently added my work e-mail (exchange server) to my android EMail app. Im also syncing tasks and calendar. Now Im having a little problem with notifications... If I have some meeting added in calendar with reminder (default 15min) - my Phone buzzes aswell, but the annoying part - it does it TWICE (See attachment).
My guess - One of the reminders is comming from Calendar, other one - from email app or Tasks...
I didnt find anywhere to disable notifications regarding specific calendar entry or mail app. Anyone can help disable one of the notifications?
Hi Z4 Tablet owners,

I've always used an app called Calendar Sync for Facebook. Simply puts my Facebook events into my google calendar.
